I'm so glad I'm not the only one who was uncomfortable.

I was so excited to watch the series, but not only was it more of a wade series and knuckles sometimes not being around in some episodes even though IT'S HIS SHOW, but it was heavy with pro-isreal and it put me off soo much because I agree that there is absolutely no way in hell knuckles would support any genocide.

I was just appalled. I mean that whole episode literally just states what Paramount thinks and i hate ABSOLUTELY hate they used the knuckles series to push out their pro-isreal propaganda. It not only pushes aside the genocide and ethnic cleansing of innocent people, men, women, children, INFANTS, all dead within the strip and under rubble, some bodies not even found yet, but it ruins already well known characters. This series could've been so good, great even, if they didn't add pro Isreal content and the plot and writing wasnt mid.

we know who knuckles is, his backstory, what he fights and stands for, and he is NOT standing with Isreal.

The series was boring, the plot wasn't good, and it support Isreal.

Okay... as a Sonic fan, I cannot recommend the Knuckles series. Sure, the plot's not good... but there's a much more disturbing reason: The Pro-Israel propaganda (Especially Episode 3). In the episode, we meet Wade's (Knuckles' friend) family, and they (particularly the mother) make a big deal about being from Israel... they go really far with it. If it was just them being Jewish/it was only the religious traditions, that would be different. However, it is pointed out that the mother is from Israel, and the episode REALLY paints the country in a positive light. Considering the genocide Israel is committing in Palestine at the moment... it is clear why this is problematic. In addition, they also compare Knuckles'/the Echidna Tribe backstory to Jewish culture (and even make a Holocaust joke) which is so wrong for so many reasons. As a whole, the episode made me very uncomfortable the whole time. I am having a hard time processing the fact one of my favorite series did something like this. Sonic the Hedgehog characters, especially someone like Knuckles, would NEVER support a genocide... they're always supposed to defend those who can't help themselves. Yet this episode... seeing Knuckles connect with a person from Israel who's portrayed as innocent/inspiring... it feels REALLY messed up to me. Also, Paramount delayed this series from late 2023 to early 2024... which makes me worried that this could've had something to do with it. Either way, please do not watch the Knuckles series. Especially without pirating. Free Palestine.

MORE MK1 OC....SSSSS

I was thinking since I made Rayna obviously there is going to be more like her, and then I thought well why not make a small city/kingdom with a queen. So I did.

Avira is a small kingdom far in a deep forest full of knowledge kept from the rest of the realm, whether this knowledge is good or not is up for debate. Avira doesn't bother with matters outside of itself such as Sun Do or other places in outworld in general, and because of that it's survived on its own quite well protecting the information they have. Around outworld talk about Avians(don't really know what else to call them)is limited. though everybody knows they exist to a degree, any attempt to reach the kingdom for knowledge or insight is futile.

So what's with this favor? What are they hinding?? What's the story??? I don't actually know yet. I did it because..well, it seemed interesting enough to have them somewhat connected to the story and hopefully I can eventually come up with something.

(I appreciate all the likes and reblogs on my last Mk1 oc post, I haven't talked to anyone really about Rayna so it's really nice to know a lot of you are interested in her !)
