Let’s talk about this:

This is heartbreaking. To have spent years rejected by a community/fandom and to have finally been embraced. I have always loved Hayden as Anakin and Vader. He’s always been perfect for the portrayal of these characters. But to see and hear that someone just wanted to be embraced, and waited 20 years for that. I wish Hayden had been loved more widely from the start. He deserves it. I’m so glad others are finally opening their arms to him, but I’m so sad it took this long.

#I think the existence of the sequels really put the whole franchise into perspective #and lot of people admitted that the prequels weren't bad at all #i still remember the times when loving the prequels was considered a blasphemy #but also I couldn't understand Anakin's character until so much later #also when people hate live action characters they channel this hate to the actors too
