I hope you’re all doing well (or as good as you can) in these trying times…

I’m here to bring some good news! ^^ 3 weeks of being stuck at home, and a strong will to postpone writing my master thesis helped me finish the subs of Exciting! that I started months ago.

As usual, I do remind everyone I’m not (yet) a professional translator, nor do I think I understand everything in japanese. And english isn’t even my native language. I’m doing my best, and I do think most of the meaning is there, but if you find something is wrong, you can always tell me, it’s not that unlikely that some sentences are off.

Other warning : I do not translate song lyrics, by choice. I do put lyrics so that you can sing along if you want though ^^

BIGGEST warning : I made the file non downloadable on Google Drive. This is not a mistake on my part. Last time, I let people download Loving!, and an extract got uploaded on Youtube without my authorization, and without crediting me in any way. You may find a way to pass through Google Drive and download it still. I can’t care less. Just don’t reupload it. If it’s not elsewhere, it’s because I don’t want it to be elsewhere. Much less if it’s to make people think you are the author of this translation. I spend many hours on every video I release here, it’s not for you to think it’s okay to erase credits.

Many people probably already know, but this year’s Special Live that was planned for 6/6 in MetLife Dome, has been canceled.

Well, to be honest, this announcement was unexpected for me, too. I was also really looking forward to it.

Actually, ever since the dome was announced, the fans were really looking forward to it and happy about me performing at the dome, and I was so happy and so thankful.

But because of this, if I were to do a live in the current conditions, I would also be worried about everyone’s health. And, if you look further back in time, in order to put on a live show on 6/6, if we had to go forward with rehearsals, I would be worried about the team’s health.

So, even if I were to put on a live show, I might not be able to put on my best performance, and I would feel guilty for the audience that came to watch. If people are worried, then they won’t be able to enjoy the performance. Above all, if the fans feel anxious while they’re watching, then there’s no point, I think.

I want to show my best self in a performance to everyone, so we came to this decision.

As for a replacement performance, there’s nothing concrete decided yet, but I think that there’s a chance that it might be in 2021. But I definitely want to do a live show.

It won’t be “Hikari Sasu Hou e”, but it won’t end just like this! To start again from here, I’ll be building up my strength, as well. I’m aiming for the best performance so that I can show it to everyone.

Actually we were making preparations; for example, the photoshoots for the goods were already done, and thinking about the remixes that we always have in live shows. I also had the image of singing Hikari Sasu Hou e in MetLife Dome.

The title for my dome live show this time was actually decided. This was the title:

MIYANO MAMORU SPECIAL LIVE: LIVING!

This time, with the things that are happening in the world, the title was for a live show with the theme of “being alive”. When thinking about, what can I myself convey, what do I want to convey – it ended up being the things that I’ve experienced; the joy of being alive; and I was also in a large musical, so the things that I learned for the purpose of portraying the young people being alive in the musical. I thought it was really promising. And also, because it’s a “live”. ww

So this theme, with the experiences from this time, it really holds the meaning of “living”, I think. So I really want to do a live show that has the theme of Living.

With the currently progressing live show preparations, I’ll pour my efforts into the next LIVING!. I want to properly show everyone the LIVING! that you wanted to see this time.
