I've released my second character art pack that compiles a year's worth of character designs from my patreon! Season 2 features 48 unique designs from 2022, each with 4 colour variations. As you can see in the second image, 2022 was spent really focusing on a lot of unique races and concepts that don't often get explored in art packs similar to these.

If you ever wanted to be a koala mage, a cowboy robot, or a friendly floating eye with a heart tattoo - I've got you.

I don't often share fan art on here (mostly official works!). But these are two outstanding Final Fantasy Tactics works done by Robert Kim (aka: roburii). According to what few sources there are he's no longer with us. These two pieces have greatly wowed and inspired me, beautifully adapting Akihiko Yoshida's unique style with Kim's technique.

Vivid Memories

It's finally finished. I really wanted to do a Frieren print for conventions this year, and in my foolishness I said "you should have flowers!! A big spiral of flowers! Lots of them!!" To save myself time, I drew like 9 flowers, made 7 brushes out of them, but then shaded them all individually. I can only evolve so much - I regret nothing.

My favourite aspect of the show are the quiet moments, and I wanted to capture that in this piece.

Hm, here's the original sketch too since I like it lol

As one can see, I had a strong idea of what I wanted from the start.

As always, major props to @armatages for helping me with final colour balancing and really making things -pop- I'll update when the print is available on our convention blog. No ETA at the moment, it'll likely be after August conventions tho.

To Yearn for the Tender Warmth of Spring

Tilly is an Eladrin, a sort of elf that is supposed to shift seasons with their emotions. However her whole deal is that she is locked in winter since her personality is dour and bleak. Despite that she always wonders what it would be like to blossom with the joy and celebration of spring.

Since it's snowing again, I too wonder what the joy and celebration of spring is like hah

I really like using dramatic lighting to set a mood, stars, and flower language~

I'm not sure it applies to my recent art, but my older art has been compared to Bleach. I've also had people say I must be a fan of The Adventure Zone because of how I draw elf ears too lol (sorry, just a Shining Force 2 fan.)

26. What's a piece that got a wildly different interpretation from what you intended

Hmmm... I don't hear interpretations of my art enough to really have an answer for this O:

Someone did once comment that the cloak in this art was wings, I think that's the closest I have off hand
