how do people not like running i just don’t understand like i love every aspect of it i love the feeling of accomplishment when you hit a new pr and the feeling of cold air hitting your lungs i love seeing tons of dogs and making faces at babies and cute old women that cheer you on and waving at other runners and being able to turn up some music and just shutting the world out i love how stretching can be a pain but it always feels good and i love having a good excuse to wear leggings or spandex all the time depending on the season and spending way to much money on nike things i love how everything is clearer when you’re running i just love running so much
