This trip was actually supposed to be to New Orleans but we made a literal last minute decision to go to Miami cause the tickets were $40 less on American airlines.
I knew nothing about Miami other than what pop culture has shown me, so naturally, I was in.
The food is amazing, and the water is so blue. The city has an art district full of pretentious people but its 100% worth it.
Richmond VA. This day we took a random hour away trip to see a city none of us had ever been to. We ate mexican food and climbed up a roof.
This month I had been going through a lot.
I was terrified of climbing this roof but I knew the sun was going down soon and I'd regret it on the way home if I didn't do it. Then we got to the top and I saw one of the prettiest sunsets I'd ever seen. Then we saw writing on the roof, Its in the picture above. "God I wanna live, thank God I'm alive" and those words still resonate with me. It seemed like someone had gone up there and their intentions had changed.
