The 100 March: Campfire Reflections
hahaha vent post but its not really a "I am so frustrated with my problem that I just want to scream into my PC or mobile device", in fact im even using a different title series for the post as well, quite frankly I live under a rock so I don't necessarily know the appropriate hashtag that perfectly encapsulates this genre/category/subject matter of a post, im partially informed of how the vocabularium of whimsy the people of the internet create on a probably quarterly basis so sadly I only ask for understanding on how lame and outdated I am for not being on the know-know on today's day you know?
Anyway new title series, "Campfire Reflections" something more lighthearted and probably more nonsensical than my pure hate fueled actual vent posting series.
I'll just be covering on some mental relfections of what I have discovered today from something, someone, or from me that I've pondered up out of my brain.
Topic for today is about crystals (mostly quartz) and how humankind's progress has a very intricate union with them.
It is interesting to me that humanity itself has an obsession with crystals or gemstones since time immemorial, from my findings the most earliest form of vivid fanaticism is from the medieval feudal imperial and of course dynastic to make the list long just to stretch those ugly chinese mainlanders egos head to look like a tumorous pulsating blimp shape. Ancient china was just super crazy about the jade gemstone, to the point where most of their culture became centered around the jade gemstone's given symbolism of "Power and wealth" for more examples of this symbolism most of the chinese elite or noblemen literally covered everything in jade, to eat from something that had jade decorum was no different to eating from a gold foodplate that has an extravagant artistic design made by the hands of someone like davinci, if anything the jade palace in kung fu panda would have probably been like the chinese emperor's true and main homeplace given how much importance they've given jade, to the point where they buried their dead in a jade bodysuit (only of the which the truly wealth and influential can afford such a thing.) They have as well an excessive amount of art-related bits and bobbles of jade, they even managed to make a massive jade buddha sculpture
(Tumblr doesn't want to load the image for me so please bear with this alternative instead.) https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/60/AnShan01.jpg

Personally the jade itself when refined I find simply too dull, like there's a certain feeling within me saying that it looks like plastic. Raw Jade however I appreciate it's look, it's aesthetic. But how does this tie to gemstones being linked to the humankind's progress.
I would attribute it to humankind's progress by the importance of what china has given to the world which was gunpowder and the importance of widespread trade deals (the ancient silkroad) but honestly I just wanted to start off with a "crazy rich ancient asians" segment
But in all actuality quartz is by the nines the most important gemstone to our race since time immemorial
And lets begin with the earliest use of quartz and the technological humble beginnings of magnifying lens. "The first crude lenses occurred in Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia; around 700BC they started polishing crystals (often quartz) in attempt to replicate optical abilities that they noticed can be made with water."
"One of the most famous examples of those original lenses is Nimrud lens. Created in the ancient Assyria between 750 and 710 BC, this lens was used as decorative piece, magnifying glass or tool for starting fires."
while there are some cases were other gemstones or crystals were used as magnifying tool, you cannot deny the importance of such an invention had on humanity as a whole. It being used for almost all facets of major actions within human history, such as how it was used to travel the seas with the scopes, the earliest forms of astronomy, the discovery of the microscopic world of bacteria from a dude who worked with alcohol. While our history pages may sing the stories of how metal shaped both war and society, crystals was (and still is) our object that led us to venture into the unknown, and the march of progress is dictated by our use of it.
In fact in all of modern society most things "technological" requires the usage of quartz. Any electrical device that you could name has a high likelyhood of having quartz in them. Personally I like the Liquid Crystal Displays or LCDs, I like the aesthetics of it and as well as being an interesting novelty. In that being that they have like some shimmering-like effect if you look closely enough into them.
and speaking of crystals, time crystal which is not really a crystal but mostly something a marketing team came up with, is now something that could be our next step in technological progress. (even though again its not really a crystal and more like a phenomenon from what I can understand from all the science jargon.) what will it do for humanity? Only time will tell (pun fully intended). that's all for my self-reflections for today, not really a "quality product" if I do say so about myself but, im hoping to still produce more low-qual short essays in the future.

The 100 March Season Unforgiving II
Alright lets go finally felt angsty enough to vent about that tub of lard who spoke such pure unrefined brainrot to my face. As before press the keep reading if you wish to know the full story (heh writing this like a clickbait journo) or just move along with your day.
Oh and the topic will be about communism, if you have faced such people before then you'll at least have a level of familiarity with the situation you'll read
How the conflict started has since been lost to me but I vividly remember the rest of the conversation when they had decided to commit to their vocal chords an answer I really found funny to this day. This begotten gutter muppet from new york, the epitome of the idiocracy firmly incased within the garish americana cultura. Spoke to me that "Stalin wasn't a dictator" and never had I ever had felt what I could only loosely describe as PSYCHIC DAMAGE when that fool uttered those words.
and from then on I get to tackle some intricate topics that ,sadly because of their pride in being an advocate for communism get quickly switched out so they don't look further bad.
Like for example capitalism birthed the usage of commercial use of computers, I highly doubt that a society that does not give a damn about what new sensation a common man could enjoy and would put that computer for something that serves a better purpose than an entertainment machine. I don't even think video games would exist either if it weren't for capitalism because of it's main purpose "to entertain people" under the assumption that "you're wasting valuable computer parts to waste time fiddling with funny pixels on the screen" screams inefficiency and waste of resources that the computer parts used to make the video game machine will probably get repurposed or have anything of scrap value taken away. The next topic that I wanted to expand upon before I was rudely switched out by that mongrel was the idea that without capitalism cellphones wouldn't exist, especially for something like in today's standards. Under the purview of a utilitarian outlook of a communist government, YOU having time to fiddle with games or tweet about how bad a certain politician is, is something that the commies find "inefficient" when you could be serving the greater purpose of working for the great country like in the mines or some factory with the funny green nets. That's for the former the ladder of which will just get you killed for the most part funny how that works.
I find it hilarious as well when they kept on thinking that capitalism will not exist because "we removed the root of all evil! M o n e y" when infact people will just resort to bartering, and thats how money started off as well coins infact.
they also claimed that communism is good for the environment and im like "??????" have you seen the emission charts about china? I swear UN is a waste of money.
and also crimes, because their ideal communism world doesn't have money, people wont steal stuff and I just kept laughing. It was refreshing to see someone from the server stepping in for me and speaking how "thats the dumbest thing i've ever heard" and this was before they saw "STALIN WASNT A DICTATOR" schtick. Good god they had no idea what kind of caliber the idiot they were talking to.
As if we were handpicked by the vice army general to use the premium graded caliber of idiot, depleted uranium, probably in this case it worked more either as depleted cranium or depleted brain cells.
and to answer why "--communism world doesn't have money, people wont steal stuff" is stupid, its because you are assuming people will not adhere to their human instincts, of greed and of jealousy.
after the convo was cut short because of how much the commie was getting lambasted by half the server at that point, that their friend from the mod team had to swoop in and be their knight in shining armor. Was funny because they recommended to them the negative XP song the one about women. Literally the song described that commie girl from new york word for word was hilarious knowing that their "FRIEND" recommended the song to them. The absolute obliviousness that dumb mod guy had to pick that song not knowing how much of a good insult song that was to them. the worst part is knowing that commie girl thought it was a good song because their friend recommended to them, and im like "nah he may have more braincells than you (which isn't hard since any is better than none) but he didn't have enough braincells to realize that he just off-handedly insulted you by recommending you this song."

The 100 March Season Unforgiving I
Aight lets cut to the chase, im here to vent my frustations, leave it open to any random that may or may not skip past me a completely random person as well and their rants about something that ticked them off that day
Lets start off with this one person who decided to open their mouth and spewed some stuff that ticked me off especially in the moment the day where I have yet to have strong feelings for anything.
Like you come to this niche discord server complain about the highlights channel having low quality "this is my first time drawing" art and be such a shekel smear merchant while advertising about your own server and how OH SO GOOD IT IS AND DEFINITELY BETTER.
again lemme preface with that the niche discord server is a small place where entry-level artists (and forgive me for using such sterile and clean language because they've already got berated by some twat goat-boating on hastag-general)
Like OK artisque connosequr would you like a side of well oiled up muscular gay men with your plate of stick figures with guns or edgy mainstream content? does that fit your criteria of good art? "Oh but what about yo shi-" what about it huh? I got an art put on the highlights channel and that art was something I did on a whim, not the other arts that I have put my heart, soul, and blood from the amount of frustrated tongue biting I do, I really really couldn't give a damn about how you think my art is bad when even I myself wouldn't think its worthy of being part of highlights with my own two eyes before I even let that piece get off from my drawing board. Now its not the ego game that should be the center focus of this problem they tossed up about, its about the other guys who were just starting out and probs got stars in their eyes when their niche discord puts them on highlights (like an animation was put on that day I highly praise the effort that goes to making a difficult thing to make such type of content and no it wasn't just the funny haha two frames, it was a short little animation 2 characters some facial expressions, abit of more effort put per se.) So I think about that and I think about how it must suck to be in their shoes being "wow my niche art discord server put my work on highlights!" only for it to be called trash by an living compost pit I don't care if he draws like picasso or davinci that pretensious statement about highlights being full of bad art rubbed the hard wrong way (and compared to some artist i've seen in the highlights channel hes DEFINITELY not part of the higher ups, more like above average)
In-fact this is my 2nd time I've seen this person open their stinkhole orifice they call a mouth and I decided "you know what you're not gonna get to say that uncontested this time" I infrequently visit said niche discord server and I can only imagine how many times they come online on that niche server to berate ppl's beginner art and be an absolute smear merchant and shilling your own stupid fangirling server about a mainstream game a lot of people love. "How are they not kicked out for-" their horrid existence and ability to construct sentences without thinking for themselves or others? Its simple really, we just wanna be polite and not start up a HUGE drama about it cuz u know its a bad image and alllll uwu~~~
besides the server has a history of both terrible mods and terrible people (and I am not comfortable sharing such a history at all. I will share one particular experience though in the next post.)
In-fact after telling them for their compost pit manure of a behavior they get chummy with the server people, like? Oh so you guys have been definitely letting this garbage heap given two legs one mouth no morality or braincells what-so-ever give you this treatment and you're ok with because they preface it as "hehe its just a funny joke bruv chill tf out slayyyy yas queen~~"
You absolute bogus of a medical practitioner "laughter is the best medicine" I would have sued you on the spot for such blatant malpractice.
anyways that's about it see ya.
