Comment: This story is wonderful, and I loved the addition of dragons to a normal, every day hike. I really liked the glimpses we got of Merlin and Arthur’s relationship, the dynamic between the two of them and how they are seen by their friends. I also liked that Merlin was the one to make a bold move (despite it giving Arthur a heart attack), and the different type of magic reveal this story covers.

Comment: It was interesting how things changed slightly yet most of the series remained the same with Merlin’s intervention, I like that he couldn’t change everything. Arthur’s acceptance of it all was wonderfully written too.

Reader’s Comment: I really like how this fic throws everyone and everything into absolute chaos, and then rips just about every safeguard away from our beloved characters and forces them to really think and work outside the box, and to learn what battles to fight and which battles you just can’t win.
