Sunday of hell, my week just got with lot of up and down it’s supposed I had my metabolism day on Saturday (pancakes and roasted chicken with rice) but today I just woke up and ate a ramen package and then I ate three tacos (flour tortilla) of roasted chicken, I’m so disappointed of myself, I’m gonna starving the whole next week or running more while eating only protein and some tea’s to poo 😔🙏

I hate Saturdays
Why? My mom staying at home the whole day so we eat high carbohydrate food.
Today’s breakfast was pancakes and as main meal some pasta with single cream and fried chicken breast 😔 (I’m so disappointed of myself I ate two pancakes)
I only eat once a day, usually when she came back from work or before she leaves home.
Someone else has a same situation? So frustrating I’m feeling like my entire progress go away with that two meals.

Something I’ve learned with years is losing fat isn’t same as losing weight, when you lose fat you lose volume = get a small size, and that’s what we wanted losing sizes, became skinnier, so instead trying to checking the scale I fitting my smallest jeans to check how skinny actually I’m to value the progress.
Still obsessed about being skinny and trying harder about being smaller like a competition with my old self, I’m just changing the rules in my game, after learning a lot from the past, creating my own tricks I ended prioritizing proteins and fiber (protein require more calories to digestion and fruits with fiber helps to poop easier) and trying to regulate metabolism (this shit helps to regulate the whole body including hormones, if you have irregular metabolism and hormones you can’t loss fat faster or will be hard still losing fat).
