I had this thought strike me suddenly but have litterally no one i could think to ask in my life so i could only think to pose this to you.

Did Jesus have a sense of humor?

Did he laugh?

Did he ever tell a joke?

The canonical gospels don’t ever explicitly state that he did, but there are definitely religious writers who argue that some of his statements were intended to have a humorous or at least satirical impact

The text where we *do* see Jesus laugh, to like an unnerving degree, is the Gospel of Judas

So, as ever, the interpretation is up to you. The Bible doesn’t present a unified vision of God or Jesus. If it’s useful or comforting to you to believe in a Jesus who laughs, you should imo
