Leia was fuming. How dare he! Her pregnancy was always her top priority. She grabbed a towel from the side table, wiped the ultrasound gel from her belly, and tossed it in the bin by the table before pulling her shirt down and sliding off the exam table.
“You really think you have a right to say something, Tony? I’m the one that’s pregnant! I’m carrying the babies inside my body! They’re part of me right now. The problem is that isn’t easy and my body wants to make things difficult.”
She raises her voice as she walks around the exam table.
“And where is my husband? Oh he’s never there! He’s left me alone all the time! I do care. All I think about is our babies but I need my husband to make us a priority instead of put everything and everyone before us like he’s been doing!”
Leia is fuming with anger. How dare he accuse her of not caring about the twins! That’s all she’s done. It has been hard to just rest when he’s not there for her. She stormed out of Medbay leaving a speechless Tony sitting there. She went straight to the elevator and then back to their suite. She was rubbing her temples the entire elevator ride, knowing her sudden migraine was because the argument with Tony had shot her blood pressure through the roof. She walked into the bedroom and slid off her shoes in the usual spot before she started to feel dizzy. She rubbed her back a bit hoping it would help then started to walk towards the bed. The dizziness then started to get worse and suddenly everything went black.

Leia couldn’t believe she was actually going to this party at Stark tower. She was clad in a “little black dress” and heels with simple jewelry and her hair was actually down. Tony Stark was a man who she could never seem to escape. She had fought her feelings for the man for years because she couldn’t trust the playboy to actually mend his ways for a real relationship. They had met in school and sparks always flew between them but Leia always turned Tony away. She wasn’t sure if he had seen when she entered the party. He had actually held this one at Stark Tower. But, she went straight for the bar regardless to get a drink. She was sipping on her cosmopolitan when a handsome blonde with shiny blue eyes she knew to be Steve Rogers spoke to her.
“Hello,” he said in a kind voice.
(Steve is in blue)
“Captain Rogers,” she replied. “An honor and a pleasure to make your acquaintance.”
He offered her his hand and she shook it. She took it and they smiled at each other as they shook hands.
“Please, call me Steve.”
“Leia.”
“Wonderful to meet you, Leia.”
“The same save, Steve.”
She took another sip of her drink thinking that Steve seemed like a very nice guy so perhaps she wouldn’t be regretting coming to this party after all.
