good hello,

if this post is out of the queue, then it means i’ve successfully (lol) remade my blog! the url is the same (leatherbookmark), except it’s a main blog and i’ll be able to send asks and reply to replies with it. i don’t think it was particularly confusing, but from time to time i felt spikes of Irritation and now i finally cracked lol.

i’ll keep this blog and won’t delete it because there is a fuckton of posts on it, and i don’t really want to lose them. there are some url problems on posts previously reblogged from (and linking to) leatherbookmark, but ¯\_ (´･ω･`)_/¯ what can one do. if your theme shows the original poster’s url, it should be okay, i think.

anyway, i have/am in the middle of/will start following people from there and officially Migrate now, so if you want to, you can follow leatherbookmark Again! (if not, that’s fine too)

i was wondering if i should throw this post in the queue a couple of times so that everyone can see it, but my inner polite shrimp says no! so i’ll make it my pinned instead lol

screams because for Years, when reblogging, i had to scroll up to reblog from THIS account and not my main, and now that i remade and am in the process of setting up a nice tumblr house for myself, i keep on scrolling up out of habit. but it is. No Longer Necessary. but i keep on doing it. help

"tumblr is the only site that doesn’t force you to see content” kinda wrong, when you start a new blog and aren’t yet following anyone, you get shown Random Stuff. then, when you uncheck all the best stuff first/based on your (nonexistent) likes things, you still get shown Random Stuff.

though in a way i think it forces you to start actually following people on your own...? because it changes every time you refresh your dash, and is quite annoying. on the other hand, my recommended blogs are cats, art, fashion, the gay comic that got made into a show? not sure if i should start squinting or if i’m just a really really basic tumblr user

#i mean even if it showed me an of md or cq l blog it still wouldn't really be suspicious because these aren't niche by ANY means lol #...so yeah i have Started the remaking thing even though i'll probably regret it in like a couple of days or something #because i. just got to a nice round milestone number of followers...#(a beloved actor voice) thank you for this oscar! by the way i quit acting. please support my lizard breeding business #anyway. i'll try to change this url soon and make the new one 'leatherbookmark' so i can still have My Brand #i will also start following people! you're free to follow back but you don't have to! i know remaking is probably an annoying business haha;#ach i am Not looking forward to re-blocking all the assholes on a new account.
