Go to gym routine? Any machines or exercises you avoid?

I do legs x2 a week, upper body x2 a week and then I do x1 a week of cardio so every gym session is slightly different depending in what areas I'm focusing on.

For arms/chest/back, I prefer doing my work outs with dumbells and on the cable machine. For legs I use alot of machines but then use dumbells/plates for things like Bulgarian split squats, RDL's etc.

three qualites a man you would be attracted to would have both physical and personality wise

Personality - Funny, physically attentive and patient (because im a bit of a head blag at times).

Physical - I've got a bit of a thing about nice chests/arms, like as in I like it if I can tell they work out and have a bit muscle on them. Nice teeth/smile and unsurprisingly, I like tattoos but that's literally scraping the barrell for physical things that attract me and they aren't essential.

Working hard in the gym, spending quality time with my lovely friends and family, going on nice fun dates, putting my all into work and just generally trying to be the best version of myself and be grateful for everything in my life ✨️
