Mick Jagger has earned a reputation for being a diva—in large part due to when he gets fed up with a situation, he’ll propel himself into the sky and not be seen for hours. Such was the case while filming the video for “Dancing in the Street” in 1985. Despite the interruption, however, David Bowie remained a true professional and continued filming what could be accomplished until Jagger returned from his ascension into the sky.

I know I've been dead on here. I'm dead everywhere. I haven't written or drawn anything since I moved house last September. This is possibly the longest creative hiatus I've ever been mired in. Mental health and creativity are in the absolute dumps, BUT now that I'm finally living closer to my family again, I'm finally dealing with my physical health. Got my wisdom teeth out, found out I have diabetes and that's why I've been sick for the last 5 years, dieting, going to the gym, trying to be a better housekeeper since our house is too small to be messy. I feel like my spark has died.
Took three whole weeks to move house, get everything organized, and get the internet hooked up. Glad to finally be back and able to see everything I've been missing. Heck, I might even draw something. Who knows?
