Note: a kiss from Lucia is worth its weight in gold, so to speak. That is to say, people have been spreading this rumor that anyone who receives a kiss from Lucia is ungodly lucky for the next twenty-four hours. And those rumors were not wrong; she'd lend her power to those people who 'won' in a bid to bring in good PR to the Lounges. Gamblers can be such superstitious folk.

The Power of 'Victory'

Now, Lucia actually doesn't LIKE activating the true blessing Victini gave her as a child. She can feel it working in the background, but won't actively tap into it because it's literally VERY jarring.

While the majority of the time, Lucia can calculate within a margin of 5% based on every given piece of info available to see whether an action she would take would come out in 'victory', it is nowhere near as absolute or precise as the actual blessing of Victory. When she does her calculation, she can sense a high chance of plans coming to fruition.

However, when the power of victory is activated, she can see the absolute path to the end of any given plan, or chances of something.

For instance, the most base (and banal) way to use this power is when she wants to check the chances of, say, between two people wanting to start a relationship. She will look at the pair above their heads and see a percentage, much like those weird love calculators, but way more accurate.

A more serious use is when considering the teams she sends out on operations, she'll look above their heads for a success rate. Anything below 70% she won't send out, so even if the person she sends has no training and is the most unlikely person to do the job, this has always worked out in her favour.

However, Lucia doesn't like depending on such a power too much.

Another part of the power of victory is precognition, so when she can't look at a person directly, she can see the many paths ahead and try to steer the course onto the one she wants. This is very taxing for her and causes her no small amount of headaches.

Lucia also has the power of Victini's flames, but due to her insisting she's just lucky and refusing to believe a deity decided to bless her, she can't use the White Flames of Victory like she's Roy Mustang going out of style.

A final power also awaits her, but it would be at the cost of her life, as seen used by the King of the Vale. Lucia won't call upon Victini's aid unless the situation is absolutely dire and it'll guarantee her a win.

Her lips smacked one on his cheek for his trouble.
