sorry I wasn’t in the mood to be a person today, sorry I forgot to keep a conversation, sorry my soul needs ironing. give me a moment, a day or a so. it’ll be good. I’ll brush my hair and change my clothes. I’ll laugh a lot. I’ll say important things. it’ll be good.

if socialist country goes full self reliance like dprk or ussr or cuba after being harassed by imperialist block capitalist leaders will start fearmongering campaign about them being creepy isolationist monarchies or whatever. if socialist country opens up to international markets while keeping their integrity intact like china and when socialist mode of production inevitably overpowers capitalist one threatened imperialists will also start fearmongering campaign of the same caliber PLUS trying to isolate you from those international markets with sanctions. damned if you do damned if you don't.

it's so funny how people are hardcore ride or die for certain celeb or piece of fiction because it helped to improve their mental health 0.5% with escapism but populations of socialist countries adoring their leaders for improving their material conditions is "cult of personality"?😂 don't fucking make me laugh i saw how muricans were ready to suck biden off for those half assed student debt cancellations too.

On the subject of orwell and his rancid anticommunism, his flagship title "animal farm" is not simply a "satire of the USSR"; it is a full and total repudiation of the idea of proletarian rule at all. The entire book depicts the workers as dumb and incapable and easily manipulated by leaders. This is a fully aristocratic view of the proletariat and entirely anti-proletarian. This should be no surprise to people who are familiar with orwell's opinions and past, including the fact that he has "never been able to dislike Hitler" (actual quote, March 21, 1940) and that he was a colonialist cop.

This is probably an underwhelming picture but I wanted to share this photo I took of Detroit’s city skyline and a nice view of Woodward from a warm September day
