I don’t know, I just like how Faith attentively watches when Joseph talks to a potential convert (the Deputy in the game, Sara in the film), as if she’s assessing the situation, learning who the person is, how they react to the Father’s words, what works on them, and what doesn’t. She’s still, technically, Joseph’s subordinate, but it almost looks like she’s the one overseeing the interaction and making sure everything runs smoothly.

And if he isn’t convincing enough, she will be.

Isabel does have her ears pierced, but she's not big on jewelry at all. When she was seventeen, she lost one of her earrings while foraging. After that, she saw no point in wearing jewelry anymore. Plus she has this phobia that someone could try and rip her earrings off and tear her lobe. End of the world and all... And nope, she's not interested in getting more piercings either.

Nope, she does not have any. She was eleven when the bombs dropped, so getting a tattoo at that age was completely out of the question. Not that she didn't wish to get one, though. She would have loved to get one of those teeny tiny floral tattoos, the kind that you could easily mistake for a mole or a birthmark.

The Phoenix. Something about rising from the ashes stuck to her as a kid. And suddenly, that became her reality.

Her face gets flushed easily. Either due to physical effort, the scorching heat outside or Roger's flirting. The blush pairs nicely with her freckles.

Also, her posture is shit. Sometimes she sits like a banana. She doubts she'll live long enough to feel the effects though.

This is from the next part of Salvation my Far Cry 5 fic

When we reached the church, Joseph helped me out of the truck. The pain in my ankle was still very present and I knew it would be for a while until the wound healed. Joseph wrapped his arm around me again to help lead me towards the entrance to the church. As we got closer, and I could see further inside I froze dead in my tracks. The pews were filled and even then, some of the children were stood against the walls, waiting for us. And Joseph and I hadn’t left any later than we usually did. We were on time; they were all early. Joseph had orchestrated this. That could be the only explanation.

But why? Why would Joseph have the church filled early? Why would he subject me to such humiliation? What had I done to deserve this?

“Its alright, angel,” he said as if to coax me to step over the threshold.

And I knew I had to take that first step forward, it’s not like I could turn and run from them. I had to face this humiliation head on. Keeping my gaze low, I took that first step inside. Joseph helped me every step of the way, playing up the part of the doting husband. Not once did I dare to look at any of the flock, but I could feel them all staring at me. The walk to the pulpit had never felt longer than in that moment. I imagined this is what a walk of shame must feel like.
