this is a friend call out because imo bacon is the most overhyped mid-to-bad topping on breakfast foods, especially for pancakes-- it's like having to eat a much shittier textured pancake as well as the regular one, and then people will put syrup over it you might as well just eat sugared lard slime

#it depends on the type of pancake #if it's my grandma/dad's nice thin style ones then sugar or cinnamon sugar #if it's a thicker style one then maple syrup and fresh whipped cream and maybe some fruit #i don't like thick pancakes very often though #tbh i'd usually prefer a savoury crepe #with like fried chicken and cheese and aioli or w/e

me personally it’s a hard cutoff at 75°F. don’t need anything more than that thank you 🫶🫶🫶

#ideally i want to be at a comfortable 5C to 15C range #but anything under 24C is good #i'm in queensland so in summer like #under 35C is a blessing in summer
