Gluten free ramen with honey garlic salmon for two
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tbsp garlic
Thin gluten free noodles (add to your liking I used about two cups cooked noodles) (see notes)
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp curry seasoning
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp oregano
4 tbsp tamari sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Salmon:
In a small container mix 1 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp tamari sauce, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp parsley, 1/4 chili powder.
Next remove the skin from your salmon and chop them into one inch cubes.
Place your salmon in your marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
In the mean time chop your veggies and add them to a pot on the stove.
Pour in 2 cups of chicken broth, your curry seasoning 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp garlic, 1tbsp tamari sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp sesame oil. Bring to a boil then add your noodles. Cook until your noodles are finished.
While your noodles are cooking set your air fryer to 350 and add in your salmon cook for 10 minutes.
Once everything is done prepare bowls with soup and top with salmon :)
Notes:
For the gluten free noodles I used Thai kitchen thin rice noodles and they were perfect!!

Hi I made a recipe for Stuffed pepper soup in the instapot and it is oh so tasty, I’ve listed all ingredients and instructions below
(Btw if your looking for a tomatoless recipe I gotchu ya girl is allergic to tomatoes)
Instapot Stuffed pepper soup:
Ingredients
1lb ground chicken
2 green peppers
2 red pepper
1 large sweet onion
3 small zuccini
8 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of quinoa
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to preference
Optional
Cheese for topping
Directions:
Roasted red pepper broth:
Start by cutting up a 3rd of your onion cut in large chunks and 1 red pepper in half. Coat them with olive oil and place them on a cookie sheet covered in tin foil.
Place in the oven on broil until the peppers start to turn black then turn them over and repeat. When Pepper has cooled enough peel it and mix it with 1 cup of chicken broth and your roasted onions. Purée with an immersion blender or in a blender until it becomes a smooth broth.
Prepare the soup
Once it’s done cook your chicken in the instapot on sauté until done. Add in your veggies, roasted red pepper broth along with the other 7 cups of chicken broth. Add your spices and quinoa then set the instapot to pressure cook for 15 minutes. When it’s done let it slow release for 15 more minutes.
Serve with cheese on top 🧀
