My favourite of the dragons is Meleys! The Red Queen. Her and Rhaenys have been my favourite dragon and rider duo since I read fire and blood a few years ago, they're just so cool, and the show's design for Meleys was just perfect. I also love Meraxes, the silver dragon of Rhaenys the conquerer. I love how they clearly had a great bond and how Rhaenys rode Meraxes more than both Aegon and Visenya rode their dragons. And Sunfyre is third in my favourites, because he's Sunfyre lol.

My top 5 are: Meleys, Meraxes, Sunfyre, Moondancer, and Tessarion

baela IS just like daemon because when she broke out of Dragonstone as Aegon II was taking it to get to her dragon she really could’ve gone anywhere. Like as far as she knew she had her sister in the Vale, her dad in the Riverlands, and her stepmother and grandpa in King’s Landing. And she had all those options and instead of getting out of there she was like “attempted murder-suicide by dragon it is.” inheriting the impulse for self-destructive violence from her dad without occupying a role in the narrative that would grant her a heroic dragonrider death…

Based on that Olivia Cook interview where she said she can’t distinguish between any of Rhaenyra’s son + Aegon forgetting Lucerys name, i have this theory that none of the Greens know all of their names:

Aegon only knows Jacaerys

Aemond only knows Lucerys

Alicent knows their names but has no idea which is which

Heleana forgets about their existence most of the time

Otto calls them Strong boy number 1 and Strong boy number 2

Criston refused point blank to ever learn their names

Daeron never even meet them and believe that Strong is their actual name. No one ever corrected him

None of them is even aware of Joffrey existence

Silly image for Rhaenys, taking her babies out to fly with her sometimes and them being toddlers not quite understanding how exactly you summon a dragon.

Which leads to babies who make a fake whistling noise attempt that's more of a raspberry trying to mimic those who call for the hounds, other pets, happy patting their leg and "Melly! Melly baby!" to try and summon the giant that is the Red Queen.

Rhaenys laughing every time and agreeing "Let's go find Meleys shall we?"

🤣 The very idea of Meleys watching two toddlers emphatically blowing raspberries at her, and then quizzically looking at Rhaenys like, "Am I supposed to know what to do with that?!" is sending me.

Seasmoke would definitely be summoned that way though rofl. Leanor just has to shriek and he's there in a flash.
