if you learn color theory, there is never going to be a moment where your taste cries for something specific but your educated theory brain says no. thats not how it works.

Sometimes I think about Achilles' family and I want to chew on one of my copies of the Iliad

Because Aegina is a nymph so immortal and non human, and Zeus is a God so Aeacus (Achilles's grandpa) would be 1/2 God 1/2 nymph 0% human

That would make Peleus only 1/2 human, for simplicity let's say he was a demi god; then he had a son with a sea Nymph; that would make Achilles only a 1/4 human so Achilles is barely human!!!

And if you think about the prophecy of Achilles being better than his father that would make it so Achilles was going to be better than a demigod. Achilles is literally so close to being a full God

And I want to scream because the less human character somehow is the one who acts so painfully human and makes so many mistakes

The character who is more God than man is still mortal and doesn't want to die; he's still a young man

The best of the Greeks, the strongest and most beautiful of them all, so close to being a God and still couldn't protect the one person that truly mattered to him; and if he couldn't what hope have the rest of the soldiers that were mere mortals?

In conclusion I want to eat the Iliad
