Eddie, on the phone with Steve: Turn around
Eddie: No, the other way
Eddie: Again, the other way
Eddie: Okay, one more time
Steve: OH MY GOD, WHERE ARE YOU?!
Eddie: I'm not there yet, but the thought of you aimlessly turning around in circles amuses me

Anger.
Where does it come from?
How come it’s one of the hardest emotions to get over or control?
Why are some people more angry than others?
What makes the cool, calm, and collected, just burst into rage?
How come anger makes us to extreme things?
Can we help this or is it just are primal instinct as a part of fighter flight?
Some people dissociate, others get angry.
It sucks being angry all the time…Honestly I like dissociation better.
Anger, can it ever be rid of?
Maybe not.
TAKE DEEP BREATHS!
Set boundaries to be less angry.
People don’t know they’re crossing boundaries unless you tell them what they are.
Then, if they cross those boundaries, you can be pissed. 😈

Stunning handpainted [antique] blue and white Japanese porcelain plate. It is estimated to be from the Late Taisho-Early Showa period, circa 1920s. Adorned with a graceful pattern of stylized Kikumon (chrysanthemum) and waves. The mark on the underside indicates the name of shop (not listed in any references that I checked). It was likely produced in Seto.

Numb.
Do you know what it’s like to be numb?
Some people have been numb when their arm falls asleep or they workout too hard…
But I’m not talking about that. I’m talking about a different numb.
The kind of numb that makes you a shell of a person, makes you go through the motions…
You can’t feel anything.
No joy, no sadness, no anger, just numb.
Do you know what it’s like to be numb?
To build back up the walls that you let someone knock down?
Building your walls back up so you never have to be hurt again?
My walls have been built many times, this time….They will never come down.
Numb…
