In the manga Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, however, neither Elemental Hero Neos nor Neo Spacers appear in a special manga drawn by Masashi Sato, the same mangaka from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D and Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG structures, you can finally see Elemental Hero Neos in a manga representing a Duel Links Duel.

Something that the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga It far surpasses its anime version, both the Japanese and the Western version, it is the development and importance that Yugi has in the story, Yugi often shows that he does not want to depend on Yami Yugi and that he wants to be stronger, this is even done to him. She makes it very clear to Anzu and this surprises her. Before Yami Yugi's Duel against the Rare Hunter who possesses Osiris, Yugi tells his 'other self' that he will not let him always be protected by him and that he will fulfill his wish to recover his lost memories, this is even surprising. to Yami Yugi who is happy to see how his partner is becoming more and more confident in himself.

Star Wars was Kazuki Takahashi's main inspiration for creating Duel Monsters with holograms. In an interview with Master Takahashi in Duel Art, he was asked about his inspirations that were not related to the world of manga, he replied that Star Wars. was another big inspiration and the idea for the “solid vision system” that Kaiba developed came from the scene where Chewbacca and C-3PO play Dejarik (a kind of chess with holographic monsters). He also jokes that when he finally went to visit Skywalker Ranch (the physical studio of “Star Wars” producer Lucasfilm, the location also houses the sound design studio Skywalker Sound. The studio looks like an old farmhouse on the outskirts; hence its name.), the author certainly told the team there: “Without 'Star Wars', there would be no 'Yu-Gi-Oh!'”
