i’ve been going for morning walks recently

not because i’m setting an alarm and waking up to take them

but because i haven’t been sleeping

i’ve been rotting my days away in my bedroom again in a vicious cycle

starve,binge,regret,repeat 

and it’s mostly because i can’t meet anyone’s expectations of what they set for me

so i’ll set my own to see if i meet them but i always fall short
