weight loss/cravings tips that helps me
every morning i get a cup of black grapes or a cup of 20 peanuts and keep it by my bedside when iām craving food (count these as calories) this really helps because when you snack on random things throughout the day, you end up logging your intake as 600 cals when really youāve eaten 800.
i keep gum in stock ONLY for times when iām extremely hungry (like during the night) but only allow 2 sticks a day because 1 stick had 2g of carbs, and i eat gum like theyāre skittles, so that could stack up pretty quickly
i never eat before 12am or after 7pm, so my body allows itself to burn fat for at least 17hrs, because i cannot fast for my life, it always leads to binges
if youāre craving food, wait 30 minutes. eventually your hunger will subside and youāll forget that you were even hungry
stop eating sugars! if you keep snacking on sugars, your brain will depend on it and you will become āaddictedā to it. a week of cutting out sugar can end your obsession with it
break bad eating habits. carbs are my ultimate weakness, so i cut out high carb foods completely, and now I donāt crave it as much anymore. treat sugar the same
limit snacking. I allow myself to snack only once a day, and allow only 100cals worth of snacking
when we eat, we never eat until weāre full, only until the food is done. so start eating out of smaller plates/bowls.
do 100 crunches, 50 leg lifts (each), and stretch when you wake up to burn some fat
get at LEAST 40 mins of excersize a day
do cardio. it slims your whole body making you appear thinner, and helps the most with losing weight. (HIIT workouts too)
fit workouts into your day. while brushing your teeth, do squats. leg lift while surfing the web. do jumping jacks while something is in the microwave, thigh squeeze a pillow while sitting, wall sit while brushing your teeth, choose standing over sitting. hell, even fidget. you burn lots of calories at the end of the day when doing this.
i donāt believe in allowing cheat days. instead of allowing a day where you shove unhealthy foods in your mouth, just increase your caloric intake by 200-300 calories. increasing it drasticly isnāt good, because youāre giving your body too many extra calories in a short time span to adjust to.
take a shot of apple cider vinegar 20 minutes before every meal, it allows you to digest your meal better. it also boosts metabolism
make a weight loss calendar. this will motivate you to do well all the time by showing you each and every day matters. last month, for the most part, i did nothing but binge, and my last months calender was nothing but red, which showed if i didnāt binge, i couldāve been so much lighter than now, so that really motivated me
buy bubble bath soap or a bath bomb and take a bath while blasting your favorite music, or reading a book, taking pictures, playing with toys, or watching a movie. do something you love while taking a bath. youāll 99% of the time forget about your cravings and canāt get up to get food and mess up your hard work on setting up the bath. itās too far anyways
get 7-12hrs of sleep every night

get multivitamins. i know with the amount i eat a day, i canāt fit all our needed vitamins for the day, so keep one in check (never eat one on an empty stomach)
try to convince your parents to get rid of sweets and unhealthy foods in the house. my little brother was at risk for diabetes and i thought this would change my parents mindset on foods, but they kept buying him sweets and now he has diabetes, even though heās extremely thin
do what makes you and your body comfortable. these are what made ME handle eating better. everyone is different
