A butch giving a woman their hoodie so that she could keep her hair covered after the cops took her scarf. Muslim girls making sure the lesbian couple got through the system together. Religious men making sure green haired protestors got out safe. A Palestinian girl with an ex-southern baptist fiance, who definitely isn't a practicing Muslim, whose parents were raising hell for her. I don't want to hear it. Solidarity forever, free Palestine.

here's some study tips no one asked for because i wish i learned these earlier:

make it a game! challenge yourself to finish your workbook/essay/whatever using a timer. it's a fun way to make yourself feel stress about doing something (bonus if there's a reward after).

link studying with something else. i always have my headphones on and a cup of tea beside me when studying. they don't necessarily help me focus, but they allow my brain to understand that I'm in a place to study.

DON'T STUDY IN YOUR ROOM (if it doesn't work for you). i cannot study in my room. at all. find places around your home where you can study. changing up where you study helps you later with tests!

make it easy. prep everything you need before you start studying. if i need to get up and go to the library early (or early for me) i pack everything to make sure i don't get "stuck" at home doing random chores to avoid work.

use chat gpt. it works for having "someone else" to study with. explain the concepts you're learning to the ai. or something. it's a good study buddy when all your study buddies have finished their exams.
