Headspace has been really loud/active this morning and one of the first things I heard was:
Jackie (a little): "Oh my gosh look there's a rainbow!! :0"
Jay: "Very good! And what sound does a rainbow make?"
Jackie "...huh?"

What's the most commonly said phrase(s) in your system?
I just thought it'd be a cool bit of harmless inner world lore to share the most commonly heard phrase or phrases. Go ahead and reblog to respond! We'd love to see other plurals' answers!
For us personally, it's probably "who said that?", since our body has ADHD and it affects our ability to track each others' presence. But for one that's more unique to our system, in the recent days I (and my subsystem parts) have found ourselves saying "when the hell did you (Jax) get here (in frontspace)?", "who let you (Jax) in front?" and "shut the f#$% up Jax"
... yeah if you couldn't tell, Jax is being problematic as usual LOL but we love him.

Absolutely random out of nowhere thought I just wanted to share; even among all the hate and antis, there are people out there, singlets out there, who will love, validate, and care for your system. We recently told one of our friends about our plurality, which is f@#$ing TERRIFYING in the first place, and they immediately accepted it, thanked us for sharing and feeling safe enough to, and offered to chat with any headmates who ever wanted to.
This is our first genuine IRL friend since as long as we can remember. Good people do exist. Hope for humanity does exist. And above all, you are valid and important 🩵
