Friday, May 31st Flywalker hits the stage at Loft & Cellar in Uptown Charlotte.

They bring a infused mix of music from artists like Erykah Badu, D'Angelo and Robert Glasper. There is a blend of neo soul and jazz laced together.

Flywalker is the inspiration of multi-talented musician, Rob Bowser. His desire is to play the headliners in music and those that inspire. The effort here is not just the major songs but, the "b-side" songs.

So, look for the Jill Scott and Pointer Sisters (definition old school Soul) with the newer sounds of Lianne LaHavas and the British pianist Alfa Mist for example.

Bowser is a drummer but, plays keyboards and bass just to round out his skills. The entire band is made up of serious experienced musicians: Mike Carter, Kevin Orlando, Michael Pressley. The band is round out by vocal talents of Gigi Mack. Gigi is a force in her own right and gives the band the flexibility to power through fast, hard plus the smooth and easy with grace.

Peace and Love is one of the Southeast's premier bands. Known for their versatility, people everywhere know when Peace and Love performs, there's going to be a SERIOUS party!

The XMen are among some of the most in demand artists in the city of Charlotte and surrounding areas alike.
