“ Want to join me in supporting a good cause? I'm raising money for Rowdy Girl Sanctuary Inc and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate $5 or $500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support. I've included information about Rowdy Girl Sanctuary Inc below. In a past life we were Texas ranchers and hunters. We loved the rodeo, rode horses, ate barbecue, and had a collection of leather boots. Today, we are compassionate about rescuing farm animals and harboring them safely at Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, where they experience a life of love and freedom. Through education we are able to provide a paradigm shift to ranchers who have bound animals to the cruelty of factory farming ending in brutal death. We value sharing our unique experiences and vegan way of life with everyday Texans and the world. We bring awareness to food choices, and to many environmental concerns.“
My goal is to raise $2000 for this organization by Christmas. If I can get $200 each month, I can make that goal.

lads had a dream last night that i was at the elton john concert and halfway through crocodile rock he switched to a prince medley and real live flesh and blood prince walked out on stage, and into the stunned, hushed silence i said quietly, “i thought you were dead” and he looked straight at me through the crowds of a million people, put his mouth against the mic, and said “do i look like the kind of man who dies” absolute legend

Deeply Personal Rant
TW: Rape
I know that at least one of the people mentioned in this will see it.
I have been raped twice by people I trusted. The first time was 2014, he was a friend of mine. The second time was in 2017, and we had dated briefly.
The first time I was numb, shocked, angry, and confused. I didn’t think it would happen to me. I especially didn’t expect it from a trusted friend. I cried in the shower often after that. I reported him to the school we were attending and they found him at no fault for what happened. I blamed myself for that. I couldn’t find it in me to verbally tell him no because he had already beat me and I was in shock at the way things had gone.
The second time, I refused to accept it for what it was. It took me weeks to come to terms with the fact that I had been raped a second time. The second time was more emotionally violent because I told him “not right now” and “not while my mom is here”. He refused to wait. When I told him no, and to stop, he told me that I should know that no wouldn’t make him stop. And he was right, if not right now couldn’t make him wait, then no wouldn’t make him stop now. I refused to accept it for what it was until weeks later because I couldn’t remember the safe word from when we had been having regular rough sex. And if I could habe remembered it, I don’t think I could have choked it out with his hands around my throat.
My best friend is still dating him. She was dating him when this happened and I’m honestly scared that he’s going to fuck her up the way he did me. It hurts that she would continue to date him despite knowing what he is capable of, but she’s been my best friend for a number of years now. I can’t just walk away from that friendship. She understands and never brings him around, and doesn’t really talk about him, which I appreciate.
They don’t make water hot enough to scrub the feeling of their hands off my body. They don’t make whiskey strong enough to dull the memories. I still have nightmares about both times, and I find myself taking longer to get to know male classmates because I’m sizing them up to see if they’re a potential threat. I haven’t fully relaxed in over 3 years, and I doubt I ever will.

7 Daily Practices You Need To Use To Create More Happiness In Your Life
1. Gratitude - giving thanks for what we have. When we give thanks for what we have we are telling the universe to give us more of what we have by aligning ourselves with the abundance mindset. Giving thanks for what makes us happy attracts more of what makes us happy.
2. Positivity - looking for the good in every situation. Being positive doesn’t mean lying to ourselves in tough times, it means understanding when we’re being tested by the universe and looking for the lessons we can learn rather than focusing on the negativity.
3. Mindfulness - being present in the now. Our deepest and most fulfilling joy occurs in the now - when our minds drift outside of the present moment we are robbing ourselves of the opportunity to experience happiness.
4. Exercise - moving into the body. Our brains release endorphins when we exercise and these are feel-good chemicals. One of the simplest ways to create happiness in our lives is to move into the body through exercise.

5. Perspective - knowing that everything is temporary. Everything has its end - the good times and the bad - creating happiness out of negative situations requires us to maintain perspective and know that this too shall pass.
6. Love - doing what we love & loving what we do. Doing something we love every single day is how we take responsibility for how we feel and use our actions to create the frame of mind we want to have rather than allowing the world to dictate one to us.
7. Karma - giving what we want to receive. If happiness is what we seek, we must acknowledge that we attract what we are - therefore to attract happiness we must align our actions with it. This can be done by being the reason someone smiles or doing good deeds for others without expecting them to reciprocate.
True happiness exists in the present moment.
Peace & positive vibes.

There are two big rules when it comes to email: Always proofread and never send an email when you’re upset. I’ve learned these lessons the hard way. I’ve sent angry emails that I’ve immediately regretted. I’ve sent emails to the wrong people. I’ve sent important emails with typos in them, completely embarrassing myself. Stop living in fear. There’s an undo button on Gmail, and I’m going to show you how to use it.

Indeed, Jones’ website for his latest congressional run includes a section titled “The ‘Holocaust Racket’” where he calls the genocide carried out by the German Nazi regime and collaborators in other nations “the biggest blackest lie in history.”
Jones, 70, a retired insurance agent who lives in suburban Lyons, has unsuccessfully run for elected offices in the Chicago area and Milwaukee since the 1970s.
