i dunno man something something.... ive already made a few things about Kid being really skittish at the start of their relationship- he didnt really like/know how to feel about being touched, got freaked out at any sign of physical intimacy- it took a long time and a very supportive boyfriend for him to get over that. bc both of them had pretty shit childhoods where the most physical contact they had with anyone was via violence and then Kid's got just theeeee most toxic and insecure view of masculinity to go on top of that so like. they put in a lot of work there. so skip forwards to Wano and Kid's like! i don't! know how to interact with you anymore! you are so deeply changed personality-wise and something happened to you and you won't tell me what it was and i don't want to do anything that would make you that scared again i don't want to hurt you on accident but you won't tell me anything what if i start doing something and you hate it but you physically can't tell me to stop and you can't express it either and the thought of that is so horrifying that he just keeps pulling away from his partner. meanwhile Killer is desperate for that familiar touch and for that sense of familiarity and comfort and wants to tell Kid that no matter what he's still himself but because they're both fucking meatheads they cant TELL EACH OTHER THEIR FEELINGS. FUCK! anyways!!!
