Hi! Thank you ♥️ I’m okay. Getting there. I had to have my medication doubled after I went back to work, and I’m still on reduced hours for the next two weeks at least.

We got sent the evidence package that will be used at Mum’s inquest recently, which included a detailed account of the autopsy… that was pretty unpleasant to look at, and it set me back a little.

But overall, I have more goodish days than bad days now ☺️

Hi! Thanks so much for your very kind message. I really appreciate it. ♥️ Things are really hectic at the moment, we’re in the last three days of clearing out my house, and the doctor’s signed me off for two extra weeks away from work because I haven’t had any time to just sit and grieve. Losing them both less than 10 weeks apart has been huge. I was with Dad when he passed and I thought that was the worst day of my life, but finding Mum that day was indescribably horrible. I’ve been prescribed anti-depressants, and they’ve given me a social worker from the ‘vulnerable adults’ department on account of my autism, and they’re discussing the possibility of counselling for my PTSD.

Living in that home and watching Dad slowly die, then watching Mum’s grief destroy her, and then the trauma of the way I discovered her (which was 1 week before my birthday), and now losing my home, has caused me quite a bit of damage that I’m going to be working on for quite some time.

I’m doing everything I can to stay hopeful for a future where I can be happy and at peace again 🫶🏻

I figured I deserved to treat myself a little after the absolute complete and utter hell these last few months have been, so I bought myself the first brand new TV I’ve had in about 20 years, and the screen is enormous! And I’m watching Justified because it’s my happy place, and it’s just oh so beautiful 🥰

#i’ve moved into my sister’s dining room & everything just generally sucks #but hey. i’ve been signed off from work for a while & i’ve finally been prescribed medication for my nerves so… #y’know. ​silver linings and all that #👍🏼

We don't know each other, but I saw your post about your mom passing. I'm so sorry for your loss. It must be devastating. I'm so sorry that you've lost her. I hope you have family and friends you can lean on, and can find comfort in their love and in the memories of your mom.

We lost our Dad 10 weeks ago & this was so unexpected. But at the same time, with hindsight, we sort of knew it was coming.

I have three wonderful sisters & their families, and we’re all sticking very tightly together. Just… hug all the people you care about, and let them know that you’re there ♥️

‘Alien’: Timothy Olyphant Joins Noah Hawley’s FX Series

EXCLUSIVE: Timothy Olyphant is reuniting with Noah Hawley and FX, signing on for a major role in the upcoming Alien series. Olyphant, who recurred on Season 4 of Hawley’s FX anthology series Fargo, is set to star opposite Sydney Chandler in Hawley‘s prequel to the Alien franchise, sources tell Deadline.

Details about Olyphant’s character are not being disclosed. I hear he plays Kirsh, a synth who acts as a mentor and trainer for Chandler’s Wendy who is a hybrid, a meta-human who has the brain and consciousness of a child but the body of an adult.
