He gives people the uncanny valley feeling sometimes and they won't know why. Other jedi have to push themselves to do extreme force stuff, he has to hold himself back. His force precense is almost blinding to other force sensitives if he's not shielding himself. He couldn't be around other jedi kids his age when he was first brought to the temple until he learned to shield. Things definitely shake and explode around him when he's upset, especially when he was young. He has extreme migraines because he is just constantly getting so much information broadcast to him from the force. "The force isn't happy." "Don't worry, the force likes you."
Also force sensitives in general are probably eerie to be around to people not used to them. They know when you're there before you announce yourself. They know when your lying or what your feeling.
Anakin should be allowed to be a little non-human, you know, just a little too much, just a little off, there's just something not quite right. He's force made flesh and that flesh can barely contain him.

“Oh, c’mon! It wasn’t that bad.” He rolled his eyes thinking that she was just being dramatic, until he looked over and saw her actually about to be sick. “Wait! No - don’t throw up!” Anakin quickly stood up. The ship had landed at a slight angle, leaving the floor slanted - not a great sign for the potential structural damage but he wasn’t thinking about that right now. “Let's go outside. Get some fresh air…and I can check on the damage…and find out where we are.” As he spoke he walked over and reached out to help Wanda out of the copilot seat.
"I think I'm going to be sick." Wanda murmured as she covered her mouth with the palm of her hand.
