Whitney, coincidentally perusing the upscale aisle nearby, overhears Dante's perplexed remark about the expensive sea moss gel. With an amused grin, she chimes in, "Welcome to Erewhon, where health comes at a price. That neon sludge is apparently a superfood or something. Maybe it's the secret to immortality â who knows?" She gestures towards the extravagant shelf, sharing in the bemusement. "But hey, if you're looking for something more wallet-friendly, the hot bar might be your savior. Their quinoa bowls won't break the bank, and you can at least pretend you're indulging in the latest health craze."

Dante had never been to an Erewhon before but he was on the internet enough to at least be familiar with the store's concept. He'd heard they had a good hot bar (even if it was expensive) and that was the reason he'd entered in the first place. He did all his grocery shopping at the Ralph's near his apartment but he was only looking for some lunch.
He browsed the shelves for a while not looking at anything in particular before he stopped in front of a row of jars. He reached for a jar of neptune blue sea moss gel and held it up to take a closer look before staring at the astronomical price of $39.99 for this neon gelatinous sludge. "How is something that looks like that supposed to be healthy?" He questioned out loud not realizing someone was in earshot of him.

Whitney chuckles, catching Gaby's vibe in the midst of the overpacked so-called "small get together" in Beverly Hills. Leaning in slightly, she responds with a smirk, "Girl, I feel you. I've mastered the art of polite nods and smiles, but this musician's life saga is pushing even my limits." She glances over at the musician, still deep into his tale. âTell you what, let's escape for a moment. Maybe find some fresh air or a quiet corner to save ourselves from the impending migraine," Whitney suggests, the camaraderie of shared frustration evident in her eyes. "Because as much as I enjoy drama on screen, I'm not too keen on living through a real-life monologue. What do you say?"

in truth , if gaby knew this many people would attend what her friend called a  small get together  she definitely wouldnât of come . it isn't for the social part of it , because if she wants to play nice  & charm away the crowd , she could . no â it was the principle , the fact she now has to  suffer through a conversation where some  idiot musician thinks everyone around the table is interested in his life story .  she isn't . hell , there are very little things that couldâve entertained the singer / actress  & a story about raising from the ashes of poverty certainly didnât make the cut .  â ⌠if i have to listen to one more word i think i might stab myself with this fork , â the words slip from her glossed lips so effortlessly that one might assume she's being sarcastic , if it werenât for the  resting bitch face  gracing her features , twirling the fine piece of silverware in her hand .  â iâm getting a migraine , â

Whitney glances over and spots Cassie in the dimly lit convenience store of a random gas station in LA at 1:12 am. The harsh fluorescent lights reveal a mix of exhaustion and frustration on Cassie's face. Whitney, grabbing her own late-night essentials â a protein bar and a cup of the cheapest coffee â smirks in recognition. "Well, well, look who's embracing the glamorous side of LA nightlife," Whitney teases, the weary atmosphere not escaping her notice. "Let's make a pact, Cassie. Our secret rendezvous at the gas station â it never happened. Cheap snacks and even cheaper wine, the true Hollywood experience, right?" She chuckles, raising her cup in a makeshift toast. "So spill, what brings the Hollywood sweetheart to this hidden gem at this ungodly hour?"

itâs not exactly often the child star finds herself in places like these , because after all , her squeaky clean disney image has been something that keeps her career going , fans happy  & the world adore her as  americaâs sweetheart . but alas , itâs always increasingly hard for the blonde to pretend sheâs happy whenever news about her  estranged  family  talking shit  about her to the press resources again . each time when cassie thinks they had enough of trying to hurt her while getting money out of it , they prove her wrong  & each time , she feels like shit afterwards . in truth , cassie knows she shouldnât care about what theyâre doing after all this time , but itâs hard when itâs your own parents selling stories to tmz . latest news ? how utterly devastated they are that cassie didnât spend christmas with them: parents tell it all . the whole article makes the blonde sick to her stomach , a feeling she foolishly now tries to get rid off by buying two bottles of the worldâs cheapest wine & some chips (  in a place no star should ever be at alone )  thankful that the old man behind the counter fails to recognize her  (  heâs probably too old to anyway )  . the bell above the door ring  & she turns ,   shame washing over her cheeks as she meets a familiar face .  â can we pretend for both our sakes that we havenât seen each other here ?  âÂ

Whitney smirks, unfazed by Roman's retort. She tilts her head, acknowledging his words with a playful glint in her eyes. "Well, Roman, it seems like you've got it all figured out, content in your own kingdom and all. But don't flatter yourself too much â finding someone is not my sole mission in life. As for dancing alone? Pulling up my big girl pants? I did that ages ago." I just figured you might need to let your shoulders loosen up every once in a while." She takes a sip of her drink, maintaining a confident posture. "But hey, since you're so convinced of the perfection of your own company, I won't force you to gallivant around California with me. I'm just here for a good time, with or without a dance partner. You do you, Roman. Maybe one day you'll realize that even kings need a dance break from their perfect kingdoms." She winks.

Whitney, amused by Aurora's reaction to the drink, couldn't help but chuckle. "Dancing Queen it is!" She willingly let her drink be abandoned on the bar as their fingers intertwined, following Aurora's lead toward the karaoke stage. As they approached, Whitney shot a mischievous glance back at the man who had sent the questionable drink, silently daring him to underestimate the duo. With a playful grin, she turned her attention back to Aurora. "I think there's no better starting song bish ! " The stage beckoned, and with Dancing Queen setting the tone, Whitney was ready to dive into a night of laughter and music.
THE BURN OF THE OFFERED DRINK made aurora's face scrunch up in distaste , leaving her to shake her head to clear her thoughts . the alcohol paired with the blonde's words had her mind r a c i n g to keep up â how embarrassing would it be if she got fuzzy over a single sip ... pathetic. â he thinks you're sixteen ? â her eyes w i d e n e d at the idea , a frown pulling at the corners of her mouth. â should we call the police ? if he's sending drinks to someone he thinks is a minor ... â cautiously , aurora slid her glass on the bar , eyeing it suspiciously as if it might bite her . â i think , â she began , returning her attention to her companion. â that karaoke sounds like the best idea i've heard all night . â plucking the glass from whitney's grasp and placing it next to her own abandoned one , she laced their fingers together and stood. â how do you feel about starting with dancing queen ? â

Whitney, her own drink in hand, smirks at Lily's expression after the first sip. "Espresso martinis can be a hit or miss, right? But hey, can't complain when it's on the house." She takes a casual sip of her own drink, glancing over at the man who bought them, a knowing twinkle in her eye. "Absolutely looking forward to shooting. There's something magical about bringing a character to life on screen, don't you think? Even with the chaos of the industry, that part never gets old. What about you? I bet that first table read will just light a fire under everyone." She leans back, curious to unravel Lily's cinematic aspirations.
brown eyes look from the other girl to the drink placed in front of her, and she's never had an espresso martini, but she figures now would be the best time. especially if it's free. "oh, well, thanks." lily laughs, actively avoiding looking over at the man who bought her a drink. she takes a sip and makes a face instantly, and she's glad it was free. "are you at least looking forward to shooting or no?" for someone like lily, she couldn't imagine to not be excited about film.Â

hc + family
In the Winters family, Sunday mornings were a sacred tradition. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee mingled with the sweet scent of pancakes wafting through the air, signaling the start of a cherished family ritual. Despite their bustling schedules and various empires, Sunday mornings were reserved for a collective retreat to the breakfast table.

Whitney raised an amused eyebrow, her brown eyes sparkling with mischief. "Oh, honey, you're missing out on the adventure! But fair enough, pajamas and a good book sound tempting too, you know at your age." She took another sip of her drink, her laughter dancing through the air. "Consider this drink a parting gift from the soon-to-be high-stakes world of press junkets and marathon filming days. Enjoy your escape to the haven of home â and if you ever change your mind about a wild night out, you know where to find me!" She gave a playful wink before swirling around to join the rhythmic pulse of the music. She knows he sort of ghosted her but with the alcohol in her system, it doesnât sting as much. Sheâs able to pass it off as just another fling with an older guy. âGuess Iâll have to find someone else to dance with me.â

Whitney smirks, a glint of mischief in her eyes. "Oh, I've mastered the art of making it work. It's a survival skill in this industry, you know?" She raises her glass in a playful toast. "Cheers to the perks of perception." Leaning in a bit closer, she grins at Cecilia's question. "Not far enough to turn down a good dance, that's for sure. A few sips in, but there's plenty of room for more. What do you say we finish these and hit the dance floor? It's the perfect warm-up for a night of unexpected adventures."

Whitney grins at Dahlia's response, swirling her own drink as she leans in slightly. "Fair enough, Dahlia. Different strokes for different folks. No judgment here. But hey, I'm all about embracing the unexpected." Whitney laughs, appreciating Dahlia's candidness. "Tight dresses and dancing don't always mix. I get it. And you've got a point about those hotel pools â a bit risky, but sometimes the thrill is worth it. Anyway, I'm all for embracing comfort zones or pushing the boundaries. Whatever floats your boat. But I'll make a deal with you â one more round of drinks, and then we'll decide our next move. How does that sound?" She signals to the bartender, ready to keep the night rolling with a touch of spontaneity.
" i really can't claim to relate, people usually don't necessarily read me as ditzy... or as 16 for that matter. " swirling around the drink in her head, voice giving away little as she watched the people around them. at least she was slowly getting slightly buzzed as this was the fourth vodka soda she was in the process of downing. she'd need to stop soon, taking the edge off was what she was aiming for, not getting sloppy drunk. her days of flattering old men for petty favors were over and quite frankly, she couldn't be happier about it. she didn't need them anymore, neither to pay for her drinks, nor to promise her a minor roll in their upcoming project. whitney's suggestions as to what she wanted to do only elicited a tired half smile from dahlia, as she pushed herself off of the bar she had been leaning against, tugging down the skintight dress she was wearing. " sorry, this dress is too tight for dancing and i'm definitely not drunk enough for either of the other options. also i'm generally suspicious about how cleanly those hotel pools are, you can't really be sure, can you ? i wouldn't recommend but don't let me stop you. "Â
