Alrighty, so I mentioned this in the notes on a post a little while ago, but allergies on top of colds.

Spring is almost here, but the suddenly changing temperature has weakened their immune system (which can actually happen!) and they've come down with a miserable cold. Congestion, exhaustion/lethargy, coughing, sneezing- the works. They've holed themselves up in their house for a few days and tried to sleep it off, and it's just started to work.

Then, spring hits with full force. Everything outside is blooming. And suddenly they're even worse off than they were before- their eyes are burning, their sinuses are pulsing, they can't take a breath without needing to sneeze. To say they're miserable would be a gross understatement. The only option is to take a double dose of Benadryl and pray they can sleep the cold off at least (can they? You decide!)

Something inspired me, and I wanted an "I Told You So" situation, so I wrote this. It's only a teeny bit D/s, with a sweet ending.

“Aww, sweetheart, you look miserable,” says A.

“SNF. I amb,” B responds, their words thick with congestion.

“I’m sorry you’re feeling poorly. But you know, this could have been prevented.”

A miserable, viscous sneeze is B’s only response. It fills the tissue that’s held desperately to their face, a constant presence under their red, streaming nose.

“Like I said, if you had only…” A looks at B expectantly, prompting them to finish the sentence.

“If I had… ha… ha’ERRSSHH’IUE!” B groans miserably into their mangled tissue. “If I’d have godden bmy flu shot.”

“Yep. Then you wouldn’t be…”

“Ha’IIGHHH’SHUU! Ugh. Sigg.”

“With?”

“The… huh- the -heh’AAIIEEH’SHUH! With the flu,” B practically whines into the tissue.

“Correct.” A can’t control their smug, satisfied smile. “Now, are you going to listen to me next time?”

“Yes. ihh-KIIISSSHH’iew!”

“Good,” says A, their smile turning sunny.

“Can you brigg bme sobme tea now?”

“Of course, love.”

Love love love the thought of someone pausing their work, thinking they’re going to sneeze, hitching a few times, and losing it. They go back to working, but it happens again, and again, until they can hardly focus because of the maddening sneeze that simply will not come. In the end, they sneeze without warning (or perhaps they fail to heed the warning they did have, after their nose cried wolf too many times), and have to scramble to cover. Or don’t.

that classic scenario of "person has an itchy nose but cant sneeze and needs the help of a partner to tickle it out" is of course extremely hot, but consider,

hottest thing ever when someone’s nose already has post sneeze mess hanging from it but not even a few seconds later their eyes are already uncontrollably half lidded, their nostrils are flaring and their chest is doing that urgent rapid rise fall because they’re going to sneeze again

Purring at the thought of Person A not being able to control themselves any longer and sneezing their tickle out as Person B, their colleague, blinks in disbelief because how long has this guy been holding those in??? Person A, despite holding their fit in at first, sneezes SO unapologetically too. They’re loud, wet, and most importantly uncovered. They don’t care that Person B is blatantly staring at them — all they need to focus on is getting rid of that feathery tickle that keeps thrumming inside those twitchy, flaring nostrils.

Person A keeps directing their disastrous sneezes towards the floor and Person B just keeps watching them mist the white tiles beneath them. Person B doesn’t think much of it until they take note of how much of a mess Person A is. There’s drool dribbling down their chin, dripping down onto the ground and only when Person A feels that string of saliva drip down, then they attempt to cover them up. But they cover them up with their hands and now Person B is clenching their jaw watching them because they can see how wet they are by how the spray is building up and slowly trickling down Person A’s forearms — their hands completely soaked. Person B is stood there wondering why this is so… embarrassingly arousing.

Person A soon wipes their nose and chin with the back of their wrist before finally glancing up to catch a glimpse of their coworker’s mesmerized stare.

“What? You wondering if I have any more left in me for you?”

Someone standing on a step ladder to change a lightbulb or something, and they sneeze uncovered as they stand up there - maybe it's dusty, maybe they accidentally looked right into the light, maybe it's allergies or a cold or no particular reason. But their partner or roommate is underneath, watching TV or something, and suddenly they're hit with the unexpected rainfall. 😏😈

When someone really needs to sneeze and they have their nose buried in another person’s side/neck/chest/arm/crotch/insert body part here and the other person can feel their nose scrunching against them as they grapple with the irritation.

Extra sexy points of the imminent sneezer is rubbing their nose into the other person in an effort to quell the mounting itch.
