hibari kun has a really weird dynamic that i havent seen in other stories of this kind. everyone is constantly trying to out her or otherwise force her to be a guy but she just manages to essentially bugs bunny her way out of every situation and every opponent completly unfazed

here is the dynamic: jinx is everything to silco, and he would be anything for her. the only limiting principle for how their relationship is defined depends on her and her needs and desires. the father/daughter bond is textual and good. but if jinx ever wanted to situate herself differently, to be his partner, or enemy, or sister, or lover, he would go along with it because he is an open wound spilling love for her, and she is the one who directs its flow. so i am open to any aspect of that subtext that people want to talk about.
