Foodspiration - recipe β™‘
Asian inspired zucchini noodles

Ingredients:
1 medium zhuccini (55kcal)
1 carrot (14kcal)
1 cucumber (30kcal)
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce (45kcal)
2 tsp white sesame + 1 tsp black sesame (51kcal)
Spicy paprika powder, salt, pepper, a little bit of very spicy sauce (I used habanero)
= 195kcal!
Preparing:
1. Make noodles from zucchini (just very long shreds using julienne peeler).

Stay disciplined. Stick to eating/exercise plan, don't binge, learn to stick to fasting schedule.
Keep accurate records, even on bad days, to track habits for future recovery.
πŸŒΏπŸ΅πŸ§‹Summer 2022 Glow Up (May 04 - August 03)πŸ§‹πŸ΅πŸŒΏ
Records - Take detailed measurements and body checks on the first Wednesday of the month (May 04, June 01, July 06, August 03) Record weekly weight every Wednesday morning. Weigh in every morning, add weight to calorie log. Log calories + exercise with complete accuracy, even on bad days. Complete and brutal accuracy is more important than anything else.
Fasting - Fast two days per week, and 15+ hours on eating days. Never eat earlier than 1 pm. Skip breakfast always.
Eating - 9 hour or less eating window. 1,200 calorie maximum limit per day, but 400 - 900 kcal per day is the goal range. Eat raw vegan & fruitarian at least 1 day per week; the other three days can be normal vegan, raw, or fruitarian. Meal prep instead of buying premade. If eating out (or possibility of eating out) avoid eating until dinner time. Two or Three 1,600 kcal metabolism days can be planned for each month, save these for birthdays/events.
Hydration - Drink 3 litres per day, at least 1 litre water. Drinks with calories (bubble tea, 100% juice, kombucha, plant based milk, zevia/probiotic soda, etc) count towards daily calories.
Binges - Do everything in your power to avoid binge eating. Avoid eating/binges by keeping busy with chores, studying, dance, spa days, exercise, and staying out of the house. Keep an emergency snack at all times, in case of fainting. Avoid excessive added sugar, salt, and oils. Listen to your body, but differentiate between self sabotage and actual need.
