Tumblr has introduced the use of Community Lables to let you better control the content you see.
They have also relaxed the community guidelines a bit as they pertain to sexual content.
While this is great, the default setting is set to block said content. Go to your settings and set what you'd like to see. It's not tumblr of old, but it's an improvement!
