"If you, or your hired dog walker for your small pups, are repeatedly jerking your pups necks while walking, they can and WILL develop disc disease, costing them years of pain and discomfort, and you tremendous money for human grade drugs to keep them out of pain, and loopy. And possibly leading to a premature death, because everyone typically agrees to a dog that cannot stand anymore, should be put down. Just wanted to pass it forward, while driving down xxxx
Ln, I witnessed a hired senior lady dog walker, jerking the beans out of two small pups while walking, causing their bodies to spin around. (No exaggeration!) They don't look like they are happy anymore, like they once used to look. And I noticed the smaller of the two black and white one is already showing a bit of a slouched back, like it's experiencing pain everytime she goes to pull it along. Please understand that dog's bodies are made of the same tissues, nerves, and bones in their vertabraes, as ours. Joints, cartridge, etc. Another example, is they typically will not age well at all, if they're made to jump in and out of vehicles, with full body weight slamming down on their necks while jumping out of the tail end of a pick up truck or SUV, especially onto a concrete driveway, or public parking lot. Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but vet expenses are on the rise as well with medications for these type of injuries, or ailments. It is almost considered a luxury to own a pet anymore. This is one way to decrease that cost. Also, attaching a harness to a collar also helps to pull the whole body, vs snapping at the collar around the dogs neck. Just a thought, as well as years of dog successful ownership. Please consider this info for your pups lives, to be experienced as years of comfort, safety and joy, as they leave to us!"
