Any form of physical activity promotes feelings of calm. Bike riding can be a form of meditation because you are enabling yourself to sense your surroundings.
Biking in the morning helps me set the tone or mood for my day. This activity not only improved my fitness but also my mental function. As I pedal, there is this feeling as if I can perceive my blood pumping.

Talking to my family somehow boosts my self-confidence and makes me realize the things that really matters and what should matter to me. Sharing my thoughts with the people I trust the most allows me to navigate my feelings or emotions and place them in the right and moral manner.

Music has been a means of processing and calming one’s emotions. It elevates your mood and promotes relaxation.
I match my choice of music or song with my current mood. Songs can provide me a message that is like intended or needed for me to hear. Music engages me to release my thought and emotion with the use of melodies which is a fun and creative way of doing so.

Imagining yourself in the future helps you identify the things you really want to accomplish. In this way, you are able to understand yourself better in terms of interests, beliefs, and principles.
With the help of writing down what I plan for myself in 10 years, numerous things about myself were validated. I somehow earned a sense of direction. Furthermore, it helped me develop myself further through knowing my skills and abilities.

Unplugging from technology unconsciously creates you a place wherein you can understand and take notice of yourself and your natural environment. It affects your sleep quality, self-esteem, and attention positively.
I focused on activities that kept me away from the online world since it can be really a place of stress. Honestly, doing fun activities with my siblings prevented me from comparing myself with the figures or images online. These helped me focus on myself, and on what I actually have. I have realized that meaningful happiness can really originate from simple activities in reality.
