What’s Friendsim 2? Friendsim 2 is a fan-made sequel to Hiveswap: Friendsim set after the events of Friendsim and Pesterquest.

Who’s making this? Friendsim 2 is being developed by Studio June, an artist-run collect of Homestuck fan creators committed to creating meaningful, engaging, professional fan projects the address issues of the original work while providing a platform for queer, trans, and other marginalized people creating fan works.

When is it coming out? We are currently in pre-production and project planning, with developed schedule to start in full later this year and the first release scheduled for 2022.

What makes this special? We have creators involved in numerous major fan game projects, including New Game Plus, Befriendus, DistantQuest, and Midnight City. Friendsim 2 will not only feature a brand-new interconnected narrative experience, but will have new art assets, sprites, backgrounds, music, sound effects, and more.

More? We plan to have full voice-acting, featuring voice talent, editors, and producers from several Homestuck vocal projects.

Does anyone know why the removed the bee minigame??

yes, they received complaints about accessibility with how it was just blocking the rest of the game for players who couldn’t beat it, and rather than make everyone wait, they removed it until they can program a solution.
