Keiichi is interested in Shion and asks Rena to help him out. Rena steals Keiichi behind Shion's back. Mion bullies Shion due to jealousy of her flirting with Keiichi. Rika blocks Shion's number in order for Keiichi's faithfulness to Rena. The Wataganashi Festival comes up, Mion continues bullying Shion like always. Rika kisses an asleep Keiichi in front of Shion. Mion confesses to Keiichi and they fuck in the shed. Tomitake takes Shion's innocence. Keiichi dances with Rena while Shion, having been raped, weeps. The next day, Keiichi breaks up with Shion and cheats on Rena with Mion. Rika finds out and ends up offering to fuck Keiichi if he stops cheating on Rena. Meanwhile, Rena and Mion meet up. They watch what has been filmed in the shed during the Festival. Seeing Keiichi with Mion, Rena immediately leaves to look for him. She bumps into a psychotic Shion who tells her that Keiichi has fucked Rika. It gets close to Christmas with Keiichi now fucking Satoko. He also cheats on Mion with Hanyuu. Rena is pregnant and comes back to school. After hearing the big news, all the girls block Keiichi's number. While Rena makes food for their 'baby', Keiichi looks for other girls to sleep with. Coincidentally, he meets Shion again who stills believes that she is his GF. Keiichi and Shion french in front of Rena driving her insane. In her room, Rena receives a text from Keiichi telling her to get an abortion in the hospital that Shion recommended. She texts him that she wants to meet up in his apartment so then they can discuss about it. Whilst she makes tea for Keiichi, she texts him to come over. Rena proceeds to stab Keiichi and he dies. Shion walks in and cuts off his head. She texts Rena to meet at the rooftop. They argue about who is Keiichi's GF and Shion takes out her stun gun. She then stabs Rena in order to confirm that the pregnancy was a lie. Shion holds Keiichi's head, the end.

Higurashi no Bleach

Both have some horror n’ magic in them. There’s similarities between certain characters like:

Ichigo and Keiichi: Both are the hotheaded protagonists who put their friends first.

Rukia and Rika: They’re the cool important characters who put on cutesy facades in school.

Orihime and Rena: Both are the cute but weird ‘stereotypical love interest’ type with dark backstories.

Tatsuki and Mion: They are typical tomboys and close friends with the main protagonists. They’re the characters most close to normal.

Character Review

Keiichi Maebara is very impulsive and the type that jumps into things right away, but mature for his age and very sensible. Rena Ryuugu is silly and childish, despite being in Keiichi's grade. Besides her infamous scary persona, her normal personality is obnoxious and barely likable. She acts way too childish and forgets that she's 16. Rena is a 4 year old stuck in a 16 year old body with common sense less than a rock. Mion Sonozaki is the mature tomboy everyone looks up to, the sane one of the Sonozaki twins. She is strong willed and very independent which is why she is a strong dynamic character overall. Shion Sonozaki is supposed to be Mion's evil twin and has a completely different personality. She is a mature and kindhearted big sister to Mion. Satoko Hojo is a mischievous and clever girl full of energy that it's exhausting at times. However, she has been traumatized and will throw tantrums under stress. In actuality, Satoko is a cool character when not under stress where she is just an annoying crybaby. Rika Furude, the next Furude head, is a young girl with a mystical aura. She's a cute and calm girl who is wise for her age. Compassionate and protective of all her friends, she wishes nothing more then their happiness. Hanyuu, a god who transformed into a child, is there to guide and protect Rika. Satoshi Hojo, Satoko's brother，is quieter and sensitive compared to Keiichi, very caring and protective of his sister.

REAL Mion & Shion

This is what Mion and Shion were supposed to be if they didn’t switch or the true identities. It’s confusing to understand since they always switch.

Mion is the older twin sister who is the Sonozaki heir, leads the Hinamizawa school club, and is the Class Representative. She is the one with a ponytail and the oni tattoo on her back. Her usual self is a tomboy, but she is the unstable twin. She is good at acting serious and has many signature weapons, especially guns.

Normal Mion

Crazy Mion

Shion is Mion’s younger twin sister who is the more mentally stable one, waitress at Angel Mort, and the manager’s assistant for the Hinamizawa fighters little league team. She stayed in St. Lucia’s, but escaped with some help. Unlike her twin, Shion is a stereotypical girly girl who loves dolls and was upset that Keiichi didn’t give her or Mion the doll he won, but to Rena instead. Mion remarks that the games were her idea.
