Trivia #15
There is an unreleased video of Helena Bonham Carter singing the Fairy Godmother’s “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo” fully dressed as the Red Queen. This is due to Kenneth Branagh, the director of Cinderella, wanting Bonham Carter to record the tune while she was filming Alice Through the Looking Glass. Bonham Carter states, “At the end of shooting one day I went to composer Patrick Doyle’s office... and here I was having a full sing-along in my full Red Queen Outfit. Patrick, whom I’ve known for years, was in absolute hysterics. There’s a video of it somewhere”. (x)
