sounds like you are dissociating my pal. im not sure if you already have preferred methods for dealing with that, but if so it may be time to use them or find some you like.
i usually eat something really spicy or try to do something physically active (like play just dance lol) to try to reconnect to my body, but my dissociation doesnt usually involve forgetting what ive been doing so idk of that will help you.
maybe try doing something where you have to really focus on each step? like um cooking or knitting. thats supposed to help with forming longer memories and could maybe help pull you out of it?

i think most of my temporary problems would be solved if i lived in a place w lots of nature. id just go "i am feeling sad. i will take a walk" and the trees would make me happy and id go "i am better now. thank you trees, i love you"
