trying to find all the interesting things to note

the main thing is his earrings are different, theyre obscured in the thumbnail but maybe this is an indicator that itll be different throughout the whole video?

he has pronounced eyebags which could indicate stress which makes sense

reminds me of the scene in MeMe where hes in the bath and suddenly opens his eyes maybe it indicates a switch???
