If you kissed Emu she’d taste like a mix of the pink cotton candy and strawberries and cream chuppa chups lollipops. That’s it. That’s the thing.

Also she’d use those flavoured body washes. Like the ones that are scented like popcorn or marshmallows or something. She can get literally any body wash she wants and she always picks those. Emu smells nice.

I mean, you're helping them and supporting them! How could they not like you? (Why do I feel like Akito and Ena would argue over who's band is you favorite)

So, you know how they have songs right?

If you mostly play one groups song, ohoho

Other would be jealous, like rlly jealous

While the group is so happy to be your favorite! (Some may even try to make their songs more similar to the song of the other)

If it's Leo/need, most will be slightly jealous and will try to change their music to their.

If it's More More Jump, they'll change their outfits and try to be more energetic (Even Akito-)

If it is Vivid BAD Squad, OH the jealousy would eb over the top. Everyone will try to rap like Akito Everyone will try change their music AND dances. Also Ena might..argue/bicker with Akito more (Tsukasa and Shizuki won't with their siblings btw..probably.. maybe a bit)

If it's Wonderland x Showtime, everyone will try to make their performances grander! Jealous aswell but not as much as with Vivids (Akito's fault).

If it's Nightcord at 25:00 then they would turn emo then they would turn their songs a bit darker. Also might make their color pallate darker (while with wxs more colorful)

Tbh they all ate great friends and siblings that I don't think bad blood would happen between them. Maybe fight sometimes but no killing each other. Saki is the most safe one lmao

Though they could kill others (aka noc characters)

They might even do singing battles 💀

But usually guys fistfight (minus Tsukasa, he's smarter than that! I will expand on what he would do later.)

Girls fight too but they won't do much damage (care about each other).. BUT I feel like Mafuyu won't hesitate to start a war. THEN it will go downhill

So, I've seen a lot of self-aware aus, and my favorites are SAGAU and Twst

And uhm

I haven't seen anything with self-aware pjsk

Did no one make it or did I just not find it??

Since I couldn't find it, I was like "Let's make it yourself then!"

☆•°Welcome to my self-aware pjsk rant!°•☆

You know how in the beginning of the game Miku asks you for your name and etc? Yeah I'm pretty sure that mayyybeeee she could be self-aware at that moment??

While you two are "singing" (aka you playing tutorial and her singing) she may start enjoying your company!

So, while you're choosing a unit to start with, she just stands there and waits. She wonder what unit you'll choose. All of them have other versions of herself, but they all different personalities, so I think they're like different people. Even to og Miku in the beginning.

After that you play the story. Imagine the units surprise, when one day they start feeling someone looking over them. Like fr-

Depending on their personality, they were either a bit scared/paranoid, or just shrugged it off.

While the game was downloading after you played the first chapter, the unit you have chosen starts slowly becoming aware of someone looking over them. They're not aware yet, but they know they're watched.

Probably have mixed feelings about it. Is it some stalker???

As you proceed in the game, play the story of all units and virtual singers, play the events and rhyme game itself,teht become more aware of your existence.

And just like in every self-aware au manner, they start obsessing over you!

I mean, you've been with them for so long! All of them. You've supported in the beginning and still do. How can they not love you?

The unit you've chosen in the beginning are proud tbh. You've chosen them out of all!

Or listened to Miku who recommended them to you based on your answers. But then that means you are similar to them!

Yeah there's no way you're getting out of this one. Everyone would hope that you play *their* unit's songs, and pull their cards. If you have 3d and mv on, then those on your team are trying extra hard, to make sure that they're dancing ☆perfectly☆

Even if you, for example, put Akito on Mizuki's dance moves in IDSMILE, or Kanade on Akito's in ifuudoudou.

You know, I'm pretty sure they can see your profile. And when you put someone as "[Chara Name] fan"

Yeah they're so happy/smug about it!

And you probably get more cards in gacha. They're trying their best okay?

You know their skills make you have more "great" or "perfect" for quite some time right? Ohohoho (wtf with that laugh-) they're now just trying to help you out without it! You seem so happy doing fc or ap!

But some probably will make you lose the game when jealous or to make you pay more attention to them/their song.

After finishing yet another Niigo event, you found out more about Mafuyu's situation. The way her mother treated her infuriated you. And just like everyone in the fandom, you wished Mafumom's death. Of course, you cursed her out in your own kinda way, right infront of the characters. "Who enters their kid's room, finds a synthesizer and treats it as if you saw your kid doing drugs??" a growl escaped your lips. "Seriously, Mafuyu's mom is the worst". And then you closed the app, to cool off.

Existentional crisis isn't something that was on girls' list. Hearing voices in your head and guidance during singing and stuff isn't normal after all. Was it insanity perhaps?

They were wary of you

None of them talked about...for a while. They noticed that the...guidance they were receiving from the voice also made their relationships better.(friendship lvl) Why? Perhaps all you really want is to help them. At some point, Vocaloids got then to sit down together in empty sekai and talk about the strange voice. Vocaloids know you, the player.

It's okay, niigo can share. Kinda. But others?

Mafuyu loves watching your expression (and if you talk/sing along then listen to you). She doesn't do much else. Her face softens up, shoulders become less tense as she observes you. Ah, aren't you an angel?

She started working on her vocals more, so your attention would stay on her in every song. She wants your attention and affection. Please give it to her, look only at her, listen only to her

She loves it when you pick clothes for her, she tried to stay away from anything that could damage them or get them stained.

They could hear your voice, and see your expressions. Ah, the way your eyes lit up when you did helped them (fullcombo/all perfect)! You seem to really like their singing and dancing.

Mizuki will try to make group's visuals even more appealing. Their MVs are already awesome, but Mizuki will try even harder. Better, they should be better. What if MV isn't good enough? No, they don't want you to take your eyes off of them. They must make every second of MV stunning.

Tbh, all of the girls love watching you (other groups too). But compared to others, they do it more often. Much more often. They watch you sleep

Mizuki hummed in content, as you were choosing another outfit for them. Your face is so focused while you observe them, ah, you're just so cute! If they could only pinch your cheeks! Mizuki would love to go to shopping with you and Ena. For now, Mizuki will wear anything you gave them proudly.

Only you will be able to acces this songs, and no one else. They were written for you after all.

Teenager, eating her now forth cup of noodles, thinks of what kind of melodie should be next. She can't help but think of how comforted you would be by her song. Er..their song. She wants Niigo to be your favorite group.

Tired blue eyes skimming from her computer towards her bed. Girl faintly remembers you mentioning something about taking care of her health. She's tired, she can't remember it fully. Perhaps she needs to take a break. Yeah, she can continue once she wakes up.

Kanade enjoys any time you spend with her and any attention you give her. She likes your outfits, but she feels bad sometimes. I mean, she doesn't come out of her room that often, so you probably shouldn't bother, no? Yet, she is very happy that you decided to give her something this gorgeous. She feels some confidence boost when she is in them.

Kanade watches you during her writing hours. Just seeing your face makes her motivated for a new song.

A while ago I wanted to find some sort of reference for various skykid “skin”/shell tones… after not finding one, I decided to make my own

The ones at the bottom right are much closer to blue, so would fit the shell tones from the Rhythm pants, but in my AU they represent skykids suffering from the corruption (as their light is fading, their skin becomes less warm and more blue, as blue is the color of dying light, like spirits and darkness plants)

What I think Beidou and Ningguang would be like as moms (modern AU)

Let's say you're 9 years old

They decided to adopt you because you were a polite kid and didn't cause much trouble

You were a little intimidated when you first saw them because...They both looked scary

But after a few weeks of staying with them, you started to like them

They were nice, Ningguang was a little more strict than Beidou, but that didn't matter

Sometimes you got sad because Ningguang didn't let you eat McDonald's for dinner (Beidou was sad too but she couldn't convince her wife that time </3)

Ningguang didn't allow you to have a phone because she claimed you were "too young" and that the internet would traumatize you (and she was right)

Beidou did let you use her phone when nobody was looking

That was a big mistake but let's not talk about it

You would also fall asleep in the car when coming back home after you three went out to eat dinner at night, maybe for a special occasion or something

Beidou would carry you to your bedroom and tuck you in, and then your moms would give you a kiss on the forehead

She's very polite, even if you're both in a relationship.

Lynette is very overprotective and shields you from everything. A puddle wouldn't even be able to touch you!

Tea parties are a must and must occur at least twice a week.

You and Lynette had been dating in private for a while now, if public awareness was made people would go absolutely wild over the infamous assistant to the ���Best magician in Teyvat” Having a partner before Lyney or just in general at all having one! With you both knowing this you decided it was best to keep it between you two and immediate family such as Lynette's siblings. It was for the best after all for their career. Though, today you decided to go to your girlfriend's performance today, you’d never been to one besides the show you two met at so it was gonna be an (almost) first time experience for you! You couldn’t wait to see the love of your life perform with her brother. Fast forward a few hours later the show had already started and you were seated in a perfect spot to see your girlfriend as she was just about to walk the tightrope. You sat in both excitement and nervousness. They trusted Lynette with her cat reflexes that if she fell she would land on her feet, but you have caught Lynette fall and not land on her feet, so it made you even more nervous overthinking it. But Lynette had been doing this for years, she would be fine, right? Lynette stepped one foot on the tightrope, then her other foot went, this process repeated a few times until something caught your eye. Lynette's Foot had slipped. Causing her to plummet who knows how many feet to the ground. Unfortunately, her cat instincts didn’t kick in as a large boom echoed in the room. Lyney quickly ran over to see his sister in critical condition. Her ankle was twisted and her ribs seemed to be broken along with her nose actually being broken, spewing blood, Lyney signaled the staff to call for help as he sat next to his sister and held onto her. You sat there with eyes wide open, your girlfriend laid there with a broken nose and almost broken ribs and you were just sitting there like an idiot. You eventually decided to stand up and run to the floor and sit next to Lyney, Lynette looked in a horrible state, she looked at you and gently spoke “Y../N..?” which made you burst into tears, and all Lynette could do is watch you cry. She would normally hold you to her chest and rub your head telling you it would be alright. Fast forward and you sat outside of where Lynette was being kept in to recover after medical treatment had been done next to Lyney, you could clearly tell Lyney thought it was all his fault as he cried into his palms, his hat was on a stand nearby and you just sat there, you wanted to pace but your legs wouldn’t let you stand.. Until the nurse gave you both the okay to go in and see her. Before Lyney could even get up you were already on your feet and zooming past the nurse into the room. You walked in and saw the love of your life laying on the bed, bandages around her nose, ribs, and ankle. It turned out her knee was also broken so there had been bandages placed on it too. If it weren't for the soft-ish material on the floor, she would probably be dead. So you thanked whatever god would listen to you for not letting her die and only making her injured. Lynette slowly woke up as you looked at her, and she turned her head to you, smiling “Hey dear.. Sorry I ruined the show..” You were seated in a chair, and you laid your head on her stomach, turning your head to look at her “You didn’t do anything love.. This isn't your fault.. You did what you were supposed to.” Lynette gently reached her hand to rub your head, weakly smiling at you as she did so. Lyney sat nearby, watching and smiling at the sight. He was glad his sister found someone to truly love her like she deserved. You immediately earned his respect for staying with her and reassuring her before he even could. You on the other hand had slowly fallen asleep on Lynette's stomach as she also fell asleep.

Lynette

Lynette preferred for her brother to do the talking, silently sitting by his side while appearing to mind her cup of tea, only to analyze their guest whenever they weren’t paying her any mind, it was a routine as time, one both of them had mastered perfectly over the years.

And yet, whenever it was you that came to visit, it fell apart before it could even begin. Was it because you wore your heart on your sleeve, didn’t hyperfixate on her brother like their other guests liked to do, or because Lyney conveniently always excused himself whenever the three of you were in a room, mentioning how he still had to work on the props for their next show only to shoot his sister a supportive smile while leaving the two of you alone.

While she couldn’t exactly say that she wasn’t at least slightly worried by her brother's behavior, one even she found hard to understand, even though the two of them always prided themselves in knowing what the other was thinking, it would have been a lie to say she didn’t enjoy your time together. Both of you sharing an interest in tea and being fond of cats, although yours seemed to cross over into adoration at times.

You had decided to accompany Lynette on an errand of hers, not wanting her to have to carry all the materials for the magic pockets herself, only to get stopped at the earliest opportunity when you were ambushed by a cat you had grown familiar with, the small animal running circles around your feet until it was being pet, something you complied with without any hesitation.

“I’m so sorry, but I can’t stay any longer. I promised to help with something”, you told the cat while continuing to pet it, only for the small thing to meow in response.

Lynette could have sworn she saw you turn into liquid and melt in front of her very eyes, your face contorting as you had to try your hardest not to squeal in response, something made even more difficult when the cat licked your hand, causing you to turn towards her with childish excitement in your eyes. Cute.

“I want to pepper your little face with kisses, who allowed you to be so cute? I wish you’d just let me pet your ears”, you continued to talk to it, ignoring most of the world, the only exception being the excited looks you threw her way whenever the cat meowed.

“You could always pet mine”, Lynette caught herself thinking, the words almost slipping out of her slightly opened mouth only for her to close it shut just in time to stop herself, her cheeks turning red as a consequence.

“Don’t you think he’s the absolute cutest?”, you once again turned to her, your hand still occupied with scratching your furry friend’s chin. Just as the words had left your mouth, Lynette had left her position to squat down besides you, slowly petting the cat as a small smile made its way onto her lips.

“You’re so cute, I love you.”

You always knew that she liked cats, although hearing her put her feelings into words was a whole other experience. That being said…
