I always love the details @sebastianshaw mun does in their artwork. I love everything from Isis's juice box and half eaten cookie being next to Shaw's glass and her little socks!

Colored THIS from a year ago! I was originally going to redraw the whole thing but was like…you know, besides Shaw’s legs being too short, I really like it as is. Thought this morning: Isis saying she doesn’t like gingerbread. Shaw bellowing WELL THIS IS A HELL OF A TIME TO TELL ME THAT and the camera pans to a gingerbread dollhouse taller than she is 😂

The disgruntled yells and groans were hardly noticed by Ororo, too wrapped up within Thor and his embrace to care. Her fingertips idly run up and down his arm, the faint charge of her current flowing from her fingers as she nuzzled against him.

"If they haven't yet, they're bound to figure it out soon," she husked with a cheeky smirk. "Would us being generous neighbors and giving them each backup generators out us?"

Ororo was wordless, panting as struggled to regain her breath and bearings. Her white eyes remained, their glow dimming only slightly in her afterglow. Only now did it register in Ororo’s euphoria consumed mind did it occur to her how the room, and entire city became dark. A tired yet naughty little giggle escaped her.

“I hope it only lasts for a few minutes this time.”

There were noises outside, but Thor was lost in this sensation he paid them no mind. The sound of Ororo’s heart beating so close and so in synch with his was the only lullaby he cared about.

When he could think straight again, he realized that the sound he heard was coming from their neighbors, the people on the houses nearby, shouting and cursing because they were in the dark, caught up in a storm that wasn’t in the forecast today.

Thor smiled to himself, rolling to the side and pulling Ororo with him, nestling her against his broad chest, their eyes the only light source in the city.

“Do you think they know it was us?”

It occured to me today that at some point Ro mentions how she didn't used to see clothing as a "must" until the X-Men taught her that it is required in Western societies, and then suddenly just cut to Shaw screaming at Charles HOW COULD YOU DO THAT?!?!?

hahaha yeah, it was definitely Charles who intervened. At the time she was the only woman on the team in a mansion full of (mostly hetero) men. If I remember correctly-

Poor Kurt nearly had a heart attack and was in such shock he couldn't warn the others.

Piotr always being a sweetheart gave Ororo his sweatshirt to wear though she didn't understand why.

Logan and Sean had no complaints.

Which reminds of a headcanon I came up with years ago- The reason why Ororo has such designer tastes is because after Charles demanded she remained clothed he allowed her to go into the City and gave her his credit card to go shopping. She proceeded to purposely max it out shopping on 5th Avenue.

Though she did not believe the doctor's questions to be nefarious, rather driven by curiosity as scientific minds often are, but she was still somewhat reserved with her answers. Mindful of her wording just as much as her emotions her tone remained even.

"Different emotions conjure up different weather formations," she simple answered. Briefly she thought of how others tended to see her as stoic, cold even due. "It can be rather bothersome at times, reining in emotions but it has nearly become second nature to me." Pun not intended.

Ororo gave a single nod of her head. “It’s not so much my mind,” she explained, her tone even as usual. “Rather, my emotions.”

“Is that so?” Perhaps it was rather obvious that the undead physician was more than a little curious, his pale features brightening like a child on Christmas morning, eager to learn – - to understand. “In what way, might I ask? What happens, exactly?”

@sebastianshaw omg I love it! Sebastian does so spot on! I love all the little details from Emma Puss's tail wrapped around Shaw's ankle to Ororo's wedges to Shaw just holding a sack, lol! And the cobwebs on the Mansion!

This inspired so many HCs!:

Ororo might have made sure it was a mild night because she knew Isis wouldn't wear a coat to avoid covering up her costume.

Shaw only agrees to tag along to see Ororo in her costume.

Ororo actually gives out candies when they take Isis trick or treating since so many neighborhood kids are afraid to approach the Mansion.

Ororo inspects Isis's candies, Shaw surveys them.

Hmm interesting question. I think the way I channel is... She's what I wish I could be. Her gravitas, her confidence, her wit- I've always joked with friends that Ororo is who I aspire to be, Emma Frost is who I am deep down, lol. Hope that answers your question.
