Lately I've been doubting myself...that I can actually lose weight and stop being in this vicious cycle. That I can make it a habit to track everything, to get moving and to eat better. It's hard. Sometimes I feel like I'll be this way forever. That my back, knees and feet will hurt forever. That I walk so slow so I'm not out of breath forever. I'm not giving up, please don't think that. #RealTalk so the hubs and I talked the past few nights and both finally said we've been making excuses about our health journey. I more than him, but none the less it needs to stop. My meal prep Monday! Brussel sprouts with mushrooms and egg muffins. Plus copieddone veggies and got my meals around for work tomorrow. Dinner was a salad and veggie burger that was delicious.
