We all know that the homunculi's deaths are all ironic based on the sin they represent, but some other villains in FMA also have ironic deaths.

Shou Tucker was killed by Scar for being a State Alchemist, right after finishing the experiment that would supposedly let him keep the position. Kimblee's whole thing was "survival of the fittest", and he was killed by Heinkel, whose chimera form is a lion, an apex predator. And there's the dwarf in the flask himself, fusing back with the gate after trying to absorb God.

You can kinda make a point for most dead villains, now that I think about it. Father Cornello is a priest, but he became a victim of Lust. Barry, if you count him as bad, had his seal erased by the body he wanted to reunite with. Lt General Raven wanted immortality and was thrown into cement, where he'll probably stay forever without his body ever being found.
