well  she  assumed  earth,  hopefully.  considering,  you  know,  the  fact  she  doesn’t  exactly  remember  leaving  the  planet.  then  again,  she  doesn’t  exactly  remember  getting  to  seattle  either.  ‘ seattle? ’  it  was  an  unfamiliar  name,  sounding  absolutely  nothing  like  anything  back  home.  the  sea  part  did  make  her  consider  it  was  something  to  do  with  flokru,  but  surely  this  wasn’t  something  luna  had  a  part  in.  she  raises  the  sword  a  little  more,  pushing  it  closer  to  the  man.  ‘ how  far  from  polis? ’

negan leans back a little as the sword nears his nose. “polis? is polis where you’re from? is that like a town or something? look, you seem lost and i can help you...” he continues, swinging lucille up to just above the girls shoulder. “but i only help.. friends”

        edythe couldn’t help the dark chuckle that escaped. as if some dingy little bat wrapped in some barbed wire could actually hurt her – ha !! but it wasn’t like the man could possibly know that, so she didn’t comment on it. her eyes flashed with rage, however, at the sentence that followed. if she hadn’t sworn off human blood, this guy was the type of person she would enjoy killing – a sadistic asshole who deserved to live no more than she. ❝ do you have no morals ?? i should take that thing and break it in two. ❞

her  hood  is  on,  a  hand  wrapped  tightly  around  the  handle  of  her  sword  that  was  sitting  nicely  in  its  sheath,  eyes  darting  around  her  surroundings,  studying  them  intently.  it  was  nothing  like  she  had  ever  seen  before.  though  the  technology,  the  outfits…  they  reminded  her  all  too  much  of  the  mountain  men  and  skaikru.  that  alone  meant  this  situation  wasn’t  a  good  one.  without  azgeda,  without  a  familiar  setting,  and  being  obviously  out  numbered,  panic  set  in,  though  she  definitely  wasn’t  showing  it.  ‘ you. ’  she  drew  her  sword,  pointing  it  at  the  closest  person.  ‘ what  is  this? ’  the  place,  she  means.  ‘ where  are  we? ’  not  exactly  where  she  was  expecting  to  end  up  after  being  kicked  out  from  her  clan.

“me” negan jumped back when the sword came into his vision, gripping lucille tightly but not bringing her up to the frightened what looks to be homeless girl just yet. “you’re in seattle. america. fuckin’ planet earth. what have you taken?”

hannah heard the bell that was hanging above the diner door ring, she sat at one of the bar stools facing a large counter. she had a book propped up against her knees as she read passage by passage, she only lookedup when she heard a voice a few feet away from her. “why the hell are you carrying around a bat??”

      johnny had taken to people watching as of late, in all honesty, it was his favorite pastime (at least when he wasn’t bothered by chidren or someone asking him if he was ‘okay’). seldom did anyone of interest cross his path though and after a while, the seemingly young ‘homocidial maniac’, was left feeling bored and uninspired. that was until HE entered the diner. looking the other over, johnny wasted no time in getting up and sliding in the spot beside the older male, admiring his bat once he did so. “that’s a pretty fancy stick you got there. seen some action with it too, huh?” he said before grinning softly.

“she sure has. some poor fuckers who crossed me on a bad day. i wouldn’t call her a fancy stick, though. i don’t think she’d like that”

she  wasn’t  sure  WHY  she  was  wasting  what  little  money  she  had  on  eating  out  at  a  diner,  but  when  she  wasn’t  the  one  risking  her  ass  to  steal  the  money,  who  really  cared  where  she  used  it.  sorry,  murphy.  she’d  seen  some  pretty   i n t e r e s t i n g   people  come  in  here  over  the  last  few  days  that  she’s  decided  to  practically  make  it  her  second  home.  and  this  guy  had  definitely  made  it  reasonably  close  to  the  top  of  her  list.  ‘ cool  bat. ’  she  looked  over  at  him,  hands  wrapped  around  her  hot  chocolate.  ‘ the  five  sugars  kinda  takes  away  from  the  whole  bad-ass  vibe  you’ve  got  going  on  though. ’  says  the  one  with  the  hot  chocolate  FILLED  with  marshmallows.

negan looks at her face before looking down at her hot beverage. “fuck my order! i’ll have what she’s having” he yelled into the kitchen. “you’re implying that i had a bad-ass vibe in the first place? interesting”

    waylon’s immediately ready to haul ass out of the diner the minute he spots such an unwelcoming sight. he doesn’t take chances with people anymore, not after mount massive. unfortunately, he’s starved and already ordered his food; walking out now would do nothing but screw over his waitress and she’d already been so kind to him. doesn’t mean he can’t switch seats though, move from the bar stool closest to the man to an empty booth near the back. the only issue?? that baseball bat is sort of in the way. he clears his throat, ignoring the swell of pain in his knee as his anxiety rises, before he speaks up, ‘ sorry. excuse me. i need to get past. your – bat is in the way. ’

negan was far too enthralled in flirting with the waitress when he heard a squeak beside him. “where you goin’ in such a hurry?” negan barked, swing lucille a bit closer to the man. “why don’t you get to know her a bit better?”
