"one man's trash is another's treasure."

Hoarding items can be good or bad, everyone must learn to let go of something at some point and even if you decide to let it go, remember that there will always be someone else that can use it or need it. So stop, look around you, and think for a moment about the items you have in your environment. _________________________________________________________ Day 5 of my STS project on Zero waste! It's the final day of my STS project's photo documentation on zero waste, and I like to say it was a rather nice and fun experience. For this project's last photo, my family decided to reuse all the boxes we gathered over the months to use for our storage because we are moving to a new home in June or July, it was rather surprising to realize just how many boxes were stored away. Not only that, one of my dogs recently had puppies, so with just some boxes, old rugs, towels, and cloth. we made a small nursery box for the puppies to be safe in (we transitioned into using the cage as well due to the fact that we have 9 other hyperactive dogs that can trample them)

"A hassle it may be, but it's not that hard to do!" ________________________________________________________ day 4 of my STS project on zero waste management! A bit expensive and a hassle to wash, but what is that in exchange for a cleaner environment away from plastic straws, eating utensils, and the like? If canteens these days can switch and use paper take-outs for our food, then we can switch and use metal straws and eating utensils too!.

"When you live in a big household, in my case a family of 4 with 10 dogs, snacks are the most likely to run out within a week." ______________________________________________________ Day 3 of my STS project on zero waste! These are the collected biscuit containers my family ended up collecting within a span of a month. I'm glad I found where it was stored, these would be wonderful to repurpose as pots for gardening! poke some holes underneath and maybe to the side, add some dirt, and start growing something with effort and time!

“Had a lot to buy at the store and still forgotten your eco-bag? Use the paper bags again, they can have more than one purpose if you are creative enough!” ___________________________________________________________
Day 2 of my STS project on zero waste management! went grocery shopping recently and forgot to bring an eco-bag, well, the paper bags are a bit worn, but not unusable! they would be perfect to reuse for other things, I just need to look around and know what.

“had a busy week? Went to 7/11 or your favorite boba/ juice store a little too much? Don’t throw away the cups or bottles! Reuse and repurpose to your heart’s content!” ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ day 1 of my STS zero waste management project! had a lot of cups and bottles from a week's worth of classes at university and repurposed some of the old plastic cups and bottles for my painting supplies and other hobbies or just for extra water storage to stay hydrated in the Philippine heat!
